Schio Hotel

The Management has an outstanding costumer service because he goes far and behind to ensure safety of his customers. I would recommend anyone to experience the beauty of small town Schio. The public transportation to big cities is available by train. The quiet town has many coffee shops with fine coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. The pizza and food is tasty. The hotel room is very clean with a good breakfast. The surrounding mountain is beautiful. You can walk or run and experience the beautiful surroundings. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When I open my luggage, I removed my shoes from bags. Also I removed my liquids from plastic bag to carry the plane. When I collect again my luggage to return, I realized that all the bags were away. House keeping threw everything. In the room I always need a kettle to drink tea or coffee but it was not available. Restaurant was quite expensive. Main courses starts from 28 euros. I eat in downtown Venice at a good restaurant lower than this price. I requested a glass of wine. The amount of the wine was definetely half. Breakfast was adequate but can be improved. Inside the restaurant there were very little flies disturbing me during breakfast and dinner. They were touching down the food also.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The Hotel has nice restaurants and bar nearby. Staff is hepful and friendly. Breakfast is quite limited it terms of options to eat Rooms should have a iron and a board in case you need to iron some clothes

They were very friendly and helpful! The bed wasn't very comfortable- but we weren't expecting a 5 star hotel either!

We chose this hotel to attend a friend's wedding in Schio. We liked their good location near the center of town, its comfy and modern rooms and the convenience to access the roads to explore the surrounding towns and Little Dolomites

They really try to please their customers. Just don't expect a big healthy buffet breakfast. Too many pastries for my liking, and the warm food didn't look apetizing or too fresh looking. The hotel itself was clean and modern.

The stay didn't start very well as the hotel didn't have my booking - it was showing on their system as cancelled. However, they immediately got me booked into another room and we sorted out the issue the following day. 5 stars for Customer Service. The room was better than expected and although listed as having a double bed, actually had a king size one - very pleasant surprise!

Very Comfortable and clean and modern hotel. Very Good Value for money. Been there twice with the kids and will return, very good service, friendly staff and verygood breakfast and restaurant. Must have car.

Arrived to very warm welcome at reception, pleasant surroundings with a view of the local hills, although the hotel is a bit isolated closer to the industrial sector (reason for stopover) than the town centre, the hotel is easily found by road, it was a 10 euro taxi from the station which I needed to call and wait 15 mins for The room was good, very clean and spacious, no tea/coffee in room As no other local restraints within easy walking distance, dined in the hotel, it was popular, set menu was of good quality. The only thing which spoiled the service was the speed in which they turned me round, barely time to have a sip of wine before the next course arrived, this may be needed when the hotel is fuller Breakfast was ample and a good selection of hot or cold, one tip, do ask for a coffee from the bar rather than use the machine A bit of a queue at checkout, but was not in a rush, I did anoy some others - good overnight stay - the road system in the industrial sector did challenge the sat nav

Very nice hotel but I believe that wifi in the rooms in 2013 is not a luxury. This hotel provides wifi in hotel lobby only.

Very beautiful hotel, nice and quiet location. We travelled with our children and room was over and above and Very clean. Breakfast very fresh and plentiful. Will visit again. Very good hotel if travelling by car.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. We arrived late and could still get a meal in the restaurant. Internet access was good and the staff were excellent.Ideal stay and would stay there again

Stanza fredda, riscaldamento non funzionante, mancanza di una coperta supplementare, personale di pulizia che ti vuole fuori dalla stanza alle 08.30.. nemmeno fosse una evacuazione di emergenza..
