Sina Centurion Palace

Everything was wonderful....great staff..all with loads of personality....best stay i have ever had in multiple trips to Venice.

Cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms stood out for me. I like that there’s a walk-in shower stall and a tub. The double sink too works for a family of 3.

There are not enough words to adequately describe how welcome we were made to feel by every single person. The place was not only immaculate but a testimony to the beautiful art of Venice. Would love to return

An outstanding hotel in a great location for all the main attractions in Venice. Short walk (5 mins max) to the waterbus stop Salute. Great attractions also 5 to 10 mins away such as Peggy Guggenheim and the Academic gallery.

Fantastic location in a quieter neighborhood but still walkable to the main attractions. Beautiful views and wonderful attentive service. The BEST in Venice

The hotel view is amazing, but besides that the house keeping is horrible, the room service is awful, only sandwishes, and some of the staff is very rude.... I dont think this is a 5 star hotel, and it is definitely doesnt worth the money !!!

Could not have been happier with this hotel, close to Doges Palace and St Marks but on the other side of the Grand Canal which makes it much quieter and less hectic. The hotel is beautiful, full of stunning art (all available to purchase), the views are great (worth paying up for a canal view imho) and the staff superb, could not have been more helpful.

Right on the Grand Canal, near St. Mark’s Square, but on the other side of the Canal. It’s a little walk to the nearest bridge. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was a unique design but pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good.

Simply exquisite from the moment the boat draws up to the hotels dock to the warm welcome inside. A truly unforgettable experience. One which I very much look forward to repeating again soon

Convenient, a quick ferry to San Marco square, kind and attentive staff. The food was great with a beautiful breakfast buffet with an incredible view.

Gorgeous property right on the grand canal. It was close to major attractions and was easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our stay was absolutely perfect!

For a 5-star hotel, the building is very beautiful and elegant, but the rooms are tiny and poorly finished. The attitude of the concierge staff is anything but warm and welcoming. They seem annoyed every time you ask for something. On the other hand, the restaurant staff is very kind and welcoming. Overall, not bad, but given the cost, it's definitely not worth it.

I would like to begin by saying that the staff at this property are absolutely lovely, and the service they deliver is excellent. They are friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating. It was my birthday and they kindly left a slice of cake in my room. Unfortunately, the property itself does not really live up to its 5* rating. It is more like a 4* property. The rooms and décor throughout the hotel are basic. There is no feel of luxury to the property. The reception and public areas are very small and dark. The hotel advertises a fitness facility, but it is housed in the attic with no air conditioning, no water and no towels. Expecting people to exercise in such conditions in the height of summer in a city with a climate like that of Venice is simply absurd. Furthermore, it has very limited hours of operation and doesn’t actually open until 10:00!! If exercising on holiday is important to you, this is definitely not the property for you! The location of the hotel however, is quite delightful. It is situated on the other side of the Grand Canal to where the main tourist hotspots are meaning that it is peaceful and oozes local charm.

Our room was infested with ants. Though I had to request a room change and they did this quickly. Our belongings were full of ants and so was the bed. We had to kill them all and unpack it all to ensure we wouldn’t bring them to the next room. I would have assumed a free drink or a discounted room rate would have been applied. But we were offered nothing.
