A very specious room, car park a little tight to enter. Free bottle of wine a nice touch! We were only here for one night after arriving in Pisa. Needed a crash pad, then on to Florence the next day. It was perfect, great air-con, and 15 min walk to the town centre.

I arrived after midnight and unfortunately there was no glasses/cups etc in room to even try and get a glass of water. Pillows on bed were lumpy. Breakfast was ok however.

Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful

The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!

Great parking bidet sprayer heads need to be changed. Ventilation fans are needed in the room. If you left the doors open, mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was really good. Host and hostess were extremely accommodating. We felt safe and secure.
