Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

Resort is good, not a good beach tho

Did a solo trip and I had an amazing time. Staff was nice and accommodating. Excursions were easily booked onsite and the food was good.

What a great place for a all inclusive vacation. The size is pretty big and has everything in walking distance. There is a unlimited choices of food you can chose from and plenty of bars all over the place. We just came home yesterday and want to go back again. I think it is the people that work there that make the place so wonderful, they just can't stop helping you. Great job.

I thought the staff alone was amazing. Everyone there made sure we were always having a good time. The room was always stocked with beverages and was cleaned every day. Our butler was always available to assist with whatever we needed. The bar staff got it right on our drinks every time.

Would definitely come back! Took me a while to get get the beat resort and don't regret it one bit.

Had a lot of options for food. I wish there was a different gift shop that was more like a store. I’d say 30% of the employees seemed like they hated their jobs. The other 70% were great and did a good job.

The customer service was HORRIBLE… However the property is clean. But there was really NOTHING to do on the adult side and all the fun ended at 6. It was sad.

We had the best stay at Ocean Eden Bay!!! The facility, the grounds and our room were immaculate. It is so clean!!! The best part of all of it were the people!!! Every employee there was WONDERFUL!!! From Renata at check in ( literally 5 minutes) our room was ready Yay!!! To every server, bartender, waiter/waitress AMAZING!!! They had fun games at the pool ( art classes were amazing with Ricardo). We had the most relaxing vacation ever!!! I highly recommend booking MO BAY Arrival and departure. Please do it when you book because it gets sold out quickly. The only crazy thing that happened and it is out of their control was the wind!!!! There were 45 mph gusts the first four days we were there!!! The lazy river was fun, as were the restaurants. Sakura - FUN, La Locanda - FUN, Steakhouse Yummy as well as RT 66. We had lunch each day at the MARLIN. Amazing and so close to our room!!! Captains Market for the buffet was fabulous!!! We hope you have the greatest time like we did!!!!

This property was a great sight to see I came for my 24th birthday I enjoyed the food everything is well seasoned the staff treats you amazing & it’s so clean all around there is plenty of entertainment but if u want to have a fun time out leaving the resort is the option these are some places to party 2727, pier 1 & margarita ville please remember to travel safely when leaving resort & be sure to bring money for transportation & excursions

We prepaid for transportation to and from the airport and they did not show up to return us to the airport at the end of our trip. I had to pay an additional fee to a private service.

This my second visit to Ocean Eden and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my stay and plan on returning for a future vacation.

At checkin we received a welcome packet. There was no indication on how to get WIFI and we had to go back to the front desk. We found the food was good, despite reading previous reviews that said it was poor. The staff at the restaurants and bars were polite but not very friendly. Room cleaning varied from morning to late afternoon even after we filled out a survey at check-in requesting mornings. The staff at the front desk were very friendly for the first two days. After we had our Premium Club meeting (which was only supposed to be a tour of the facility) we didn't hear from them again. Our room was very quiet until the neighbors checked in and we could not sit on our deck when they were there - there should be more sound barrier somehow. All the pools closed at 5PM - wished they had been much later. The towel lady was super friendly and very accomodating. At checkout we asked for help with getting our luggage to the lobby and had arranged for a particular time - person did not show up.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was amazing Enjoyed my stay there!

Overall experience was good, but was below my expectation. For instance, the main lobby bar have alcohol on shelf but we were told its only for Privilege guys!! In this case there should be a separate bar for Privilege guests. No pont having an open bar for guests but certain type of alcohol is restricted.

The staff was amazing. Food was 8 out of 10. The party's and live entertainment was great.

Place was beautiful but need to clarify what is oceans view whwn selecting the rooms and nees ro have more authentic Jamaican food.

The property was pretty on surface level. However I got an all inclusive package I did not know that there was some sort or vip or special package you could add without it there’s certain parts of the beach you can sit at certain drinks you can’t have. I asked all trio for a pina colada I was told at the lobby bar to get it by the pool then when I went to the pool I was told they didn’t have it and that the other pool bar didn’t have it this went on for two days then finally a sale the 3 rd day they had it there was a couple beside me who’s rated that they have had pina colada’s all vacation this was after I expressed joy in the fact they finally had pina coladas! Then while you are trying to enjoy your vacation you have ppl trying to sale you some type of package it gave timeshare vibes you have ppl approaching you all trip trying to sell you non inclusive items to the point it was very uncomfortable. The buffet food was not good and the bars and restaurants close for 2-4 hours at a time so that limits your drinking (for those that care I’m not a drinker but if I wanted a drink I would like for it to be available) also limiting the food and times windows you can eat in. I was there feeling like of one more person tries to sell me something I’m going to lose it! And if you don’t get that extra vip privilege package be prepared to be treated like a a low budget second class person
