Clean and updated. Friendly staff. Quiet

The hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, food was good as well. My spa experience was absolutely amazing as well. At the Spa, I requested a deep tissue massage and I must say, it was the best deep tissue massage that I have ever had. I don't recall the name of the massuese that conducted the massage but I showed my appreciation to a job well done.

Spa services were exceptional. Every meal was memorable. Service at the buffet was excellent along with the endless choices of real home cooked selections. Dont skip the rum raisin ice cream at the ice cream stand at night. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful resort

Loved pool time! Especially the activities with the DJ (dancing, aqua aerobics, etc). Loved the Michael Jackson tribute! Overall great experience at the resort!

The property, staff and ambiance was amazing. The staffs were very professional. The Manager Janderson Feliz was nothing but professional and he went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Big shout out to Janderson and his staff. YaaaaMaaannn!

We enjoyed every bit of the resort! There were activities all day every day (for adults), the food was good, the staff was very friendly, especially Monica! Some of the restaurants you have to pay additional for like the lobster dinner at Buccaneers, but it was worth more than what we paid! We stayed in the walk out pool room and that was fabulous, plus it gives you 24hr pool time! I would highly suggest Ocean Eden Bay, it was worth every dime!

The property was very beautiful but the checking process is very long and unpleasant. After standing in line for over 30 minutes my room was not ready and was advised Ro go get something to eat and come back. There were no open restaurants to get anything to eat except the coffee shop. Every play wasn’t opening until 5p. Finally got the room the beds felt moist, was unable to order room service, not available still no food. So the first day was spent try to get room and food. The second morning was better, all the restaurants food was amazing but I do wish the jerk chicken was more authentic and spicy. The shows were fun, Disco was boring, pool parties music and dancing fun. Bartender in lobby great those bob marley shots were strong and good..Friendly staff

The property is beautiful, very nice. After you check-in and walk away from the desk, you’re greeted from someone else who is very sweet, kind, personable. They say nice things to you and then leet you know

While the room cleaning was well done, my overall experience was mixed. Pros: • Room cleaning service was consistently good. • The family pool area had better music and more engaging entertainment. Cons: • The theater was flooded, which made it unusable during our stay. • The food lacked variety and was hit or miss. Many restaurants were closed, including Red Snapper, which only opens on Wednesdays. • At the hibachi restaurant, there was no real show—just some singing and rice being cooked. • Service throughout the resort was disappointing. Employees often ignored us, and at one point, we sat for over an hour at a table before anyone brought us water (only after we asked). • The pool bar on the family side had structural issues — parts of the counter were broken, with rusted metal exposed and an unpleasant smell noticeable after a while. • The adult pool’s music was not enjoyable. The DJ kept changing songs abruptly, even when people were dancing and clearly enjoying a track, which killed the mood. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, many areas fell short of expectations — especially considering the service, food options, and facility maintenance.

Total misleading and terrible experience ! I stayed at this resort- the ocean Eden bay from Sept 19th until the 22nd 2025. The resort claims that the check in is at 3pm. However, I arrived at 1:45pm and the room they assigned to me ( not what I paid for) was not ready until 6. I reserved an ocean view room and was placed in a pool/garden view room. Spoke to managers Richard Brown and Sceala Taylor who were dismissive, did not apologize for the lateness and/or for giving me a room I did not reserve. Taylor claimed I needed to come back to the lobby next day after 3pm to check if I could be transferred to the room I paid for. Called Expedia and was offered $ 70 dollars which I declined since I paid more than that for the room I reserved. Service is poor- employees are dismissive despite of you asking for what you paid for. I asked for a natural juice during the breakfast time at the buffet and was encouraged twice to take whatever juice was already available. Food- the steak restaurant was good in every sense. Food fresh with friendly customers service. The guest service- poor service as my sister came on 9/20/25 to make a reservation for the Sakura restaurant and was told that there was no availability. I came on 9/21/25 and was told to check online after 3pm which, I did prior days and was unsuccessful. I asked representative Healthjah who initially was dismissive and then gave me a reservation. NO Entertainment - no theater shows, no beach parties.

Friendly staff property clean well maintained I felt very safe walking on the grounds at night. Live music was great.
