Ace hotel Kyoto is super cool! The staff went above and beyond to extend our stay due to passing typhoons and the hotel is stylish, rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great coffee downstairs and some lovely boutique shopping right outside the hotel. Close to trains and not in the crazy touristy area of Kyoto. Our family enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend if you want to stay in downtown Kyoto.

Front desk staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Hotel was fantastic. Very cool looking and excellent selection of music playing in lobby. The coffee shop was a true gem with great staff.
