Reception staff were helpful from start to finish. Knowledgeable of the area with personal recommendations provided. Hotel is in a great location. The hotel provides other retailers but be sure to check out other business outside the venue as the city has a lot to offer.

One of our most favourite hotels ever - the staff is so helpful. The breakfast selection was incredible (you can choose between American or Japanese breakfast) and kids eat for free. Rooms are spacious, we were able to open up 3 of our large suitcases. You can use a laundromat about a 5 mins walk away or you can use their laundry service which they charge per item.

Hairs found on bed linen. And my wife waited an hour for breakfast (about 40 minutes in queue and then 20 for food…which didn’t arrive!). She gave up and left without breakfast. Hotel did refund our breakfast, but nevertheless puts whole timing out (not to mention hunger!) for your day and is just a bad start.
