Bespoke Hotel Sapporo

Highly recommended !! super clean, great location close to shops , 3- 5 mins walk to the Nijo market, Odori park and Sapporo TV tower which is convenient if you’re doing a tours because TV tower is usually the meeting place. maybe 10 mins walk to Sapporo Station if you’re walk faster probably less . i really enjoyed my stay , my room is spacious,my bed super comfortable, i like the concept of the hotel have an aesthetic & modern vibe . thank so much for cleaning my room every day love it ! made my day!!everytime i comeback from long day tours , my room is done, new toiletries refill, waters , with new bedsheets the best !! i have best sleep ! definitely book again . Overall highly recommended, great service, and location, so convenient you have everything you need & great value.thank to all staff excellent service.

Convenient location in Sapporo right beside Tanukikoji street. Walking distance to plenty of food options. Loved the 2nd floor lounge area for coffee and street view. Room and bed was spacious. Cleaning service only for 4N stay, which was alright for us. They will leave an amenities pack by your door in the morning Mechanized parking available on site, Expect to wait a little while to collect the car as staff might be busy manning the counter while also sorting out the car collection. Overall good service and would stay again.

The room was clean and the property well maintained. Staff were friendly. Only negative thing I have to mention is that the beds looked bigger in the picture than they were in person. Would stay again though

Convenient location and firm mattress

This is a well maintained hotel, with helpful staffs. The breakfast spread are generous & tasty. A little away from train station but walkable via underground.

Staff were competent and helpful. Toiletries were high quality. Location is prime and perfect. The room is small but has all of the necessary items, looks modern, has a great bidet, tv with casting, and you can see if the washing machines are occupied on the tv. Only complaint with this hotel is the power outlet for charing your phone is directly over your head on the headboard. I've stayed here twice and will likely return.

The location was excellent. It was close to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Lots of dining options and amenities closed by.

The location was excellent everything was close by. We were able to walk to Nijo Market, easily take the bus to the Sapporo Beer Museum, and shopping and souvenir stores were also nearby. The hotel was very clean, and I especially liked the bathroom. The staff were very kind and accommodating, even though I don’t speak much Japanese. They made the effort to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. Since our stay was less than 4 days, room cleaning wasn’t provided, but the hotel made it very convenient by asking us to leave trash outside the room. Every day, fresh towels and bottled water were placed at our door, which was very thoughtful. The front desk was also helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which made our travel plans much easier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel situated in excellent location. The rooms are large and breakfast was great. Hotel staff were attentive. Would stay here again.

I love the convenience of having Lawson’s, a laundromat, Spa, quiet areas and pool at rooftop. What needs to be improved is the elevator service and the centralized heating which makes some rooms very warm and uncomfortable and unhealthy for more than one person to share. These rooms should be allowed some fresh air by allowing windows to be opened even a tiny bit.
