Bespoke Hotel Sapporo

Staff were competent and helpful. Toiletries were high quality. Location is prime and perfect. The room is small but has all of the necessary items, looks modern, has a great bidet, tv with casting, and you can see if the washing machines are occupied on the tv. Only complaint with this hotel is the power outlet for charing your phone is directly over your head on the headboard. I've stayed here twice and will likely return.

The location was excellent. It was close to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Lots of dining options and amenities closed by.

The location was excellent everything was close by. We were able to walk to Nijo Market, easily take the bus to the Sapporo Beer Museum, and shopping and souvenir stores were also nearby. The hotel was very clean, and I especially liked the bathroom. The staff were very kind and accommodating, even though I don’t speak much Japanese. They made the effort to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. Since our stay was less than 4 days, room cleaning wasn’t provided, but the hotel made it very convenient by asking us to leave trash outside the room. Every day, fresh towels and bottled water were placed at our door, which was very thoughtful. The front desk was also helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which made our travel plans much easier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.
