Location is excellent. Near to downtown. Near to metro station and JR station just walking distance. The station also has elevator, so it's fit for traveller with big luggage. The staff is friendly, especially the guy that serve us when we check in on Jan 6th. I appreciate him a lot (forgot to ask the name). The breakfast is excellent and various.

This was the last hotel we stayed in during our trip to Tokyo this time, where it is located in the bustling and highly popular shopping district Ginza and walking distance from Higashi-Ginza station. The hotel itself is very modern using keypads for the room door (instead of cards so we did not have to bring these cards everywhere). But we booked the standard room which turned out to be small and inconvenient for us with two mid-sized luggage. The lobby is very modern and they also provided free pillows that were useful for us since the ones in the room were too stiff. The bathroom was good enough and the hotel has its own natural hot spring on the 2nd and 3rd floor (separated for men and women), which would be a nice experience if you are willing to try. Last but not least, for us to return to Narita airport was very easy as we could go to entrance A1 of the station where we could straight to the airport without having to transfer.

This hotel is very close to Kuramae station (exit A3 is located right across this hotel). The check in/out process is very fast. There are some facilities in the lobby area like a money exchange machine, coin laundry, microwave, and they also sell some snacks. The room is not big, but I love the layout of my room. It makes the room look bigger. We can also put our luggage under the bed. You can also send your luggage from/to the airport using The Airporter service. There are many convenience stores and cafes near this hotel. Super recommended.

Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Tokyo Station, which made it super easy to get around the city and catch trains. The rooms are compact (as expected in Tokyo) but spotless, comfortable, and well-designed with everything you need. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Appreciated the little touches like good amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, it’s a perfect choice if you want a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay in
