酒店環境非常乾淨，房間亦很大，家電設施一應俱全。只是我們洗澡後可能煙霧觸動了警報器，整夜都發出嗶嗶聲，而且小孩洗澡中途突然中斷了熱水供應，令我們一家都非常不便。
我們有嘗試聯繫工作人員，他們都很快回應，但由於語言不通關係，無法即時對話，之後靠電郵聯溝通，但始終未能解鎖警報器誤鳴及熱水供應問題。
若非是次意外，住宿整體都非常好，性價比高，地點亦很近海地獄一帶，是個很好的住宿選擇。

チェックインの方法が分からず、お電話で尋ねてメールでご案内を頂きました。
事前にこのメールを頂けていれば、すぐにチェックインできたと思います。
室内はとてもきれいでした。
お皿やまな板、包丁もありましたが、皿を拭くタオルが無かったので、キッチンタオル等があればありがたいと思いました。

セキュリティがピーピー鳴ってびっくりして、ヘルプ電話しましたが対応してもらって安心しました。
その後またセキュリティが鳴って、原因はキッチンの換気扇をつけていた為でした。
洗濯機と乾燥機がついてるのが嬉しかったです。
ただ、乾燥機がフィルター詰まりでエラーで、背が届かずフィルター取るのに、お馬さんになってもらってで大変でした。洗濯機の後ろにゴミが落ちてましたので、手前に出しときました。
あとはいろいろ揃っていて助かりました。
ワイファイもあって便利、近くにコンビニ、パン屋でモーニングもできたし、夜は有名な中華料理屋も徒歩圏内で飲めたしでよかったです。
