The hotel is nice, complete amenities are provided in the lobby, just take them yourself as needed 😁, the location is right next to the Oedo Line E 12 subway entrance, and across from the hotel there is a 7 eleven, you can see Skytree from the hotel, the environment is quiet and a bit deserted because it is not a tourist area but not far from Sensoji temple and Tokyo Skytree 😊

Older hotel but holding up well. Amazing service team, especially the cleaning staff and the service staff at breakfast. Speaking of, great breakfast. Stunning views of the Sky Tree and Tokyo sprawl (we stayed on 24th floor). Convenient yet quiet location, near metro. Beautiful neighbouring temple. Close amenities and restaurants. Only gripe was super soft and small pillows

Not impressed with service (when compared to the amazing service that you often get in most other Japanese hotels), I asked if they could help us with a cab and they said they had a charge for that help. It was a minimal (500 yen) charge but it was more about the principal for us. DIdn’t see washer/dryer which we often find in Japanese hotels (we use those often), and breakfast Buffett was not worth the money, unless you like Chinese/japanese breakfast. Location was great though, plenty of food options even in the hotel building and the view from our room was also pretty amazing.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet my expectations. The room was quite small, and the toilet was occasionally clogged, which was inconvenient. The heating was too hot, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, which made it hard to sleep. I requested an indoor fan because the room was too hot, and the fan showed that the room temperature was set to 27°C, but I was informed that the temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be lowered. The hotel feels a bit dated, and I also noticed some hair left on the bed, which was unpleasant. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging since they didn’t speak English, but they were polite, and we managed with translation apps. Overall, I hope the hotel can improve these issues to enhance the guest experience.

Stayed two nights. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the JR Ryogoku Station (Chubu Line), two stops from Akihabara and the Yamanote Line. Plenty of small restaurants near this station. There is a subway station much closer to the hotel, but I didn't use it. Easy check in. Had a comfortable room on the 18th floor with a nice view. My only suggestion to the manager would be to implement some kind of eco program. In this regard, there is no need to clean the room and replace towels and sheets every day; at least give the customer the option to opt out of such wasteful cleaning, as most other hotels do these days. Thanks!

Stayed mainly for the Disney shuttle. Staff was incredibly nice and the transportation to and from park was convenient. Only complaint is that the bed/pillow were super uncomfortable.

I stayed here after my group tour was over and it was an amazing experience. My room had an excellent view, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very accomodating with my lack of japanese. Overall if i ever get to go back to japan, i'd want to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were so friendly and professional. There was a great view from our room, which was gorgeous at night.vending machines Pros: right beside Ryogoku station, lots of convenience and grocery shop near by. Lovely restaurant on premises. Shower had excellent pressure. Asakusa only 15 minute walk away with the best views. Cons: beds were hard, which is what we aren’t use to and only came with very small pillow. We did ask for another pillow day 2, which staff kindly delivered to our room.

Nice hotel in a quiet part of Tokyo. Room is large for Japan however quite dated and not the cleanest. There were coffee stains all over the counter on 18 floor (vending machine room). Floor in room looked like it had not been vacuumed, room was missing a safe, there was lots of debris and hair behind toilet, bathtub looked like it needed additional scrubbing. It worked for us but we saw better in our own Japan experience. More of a conference/business hotel than anything
