The hotel is nice, complete amenities are provided in the lobby, just take them yourself as needed 😁, the location is right next to the Oedo Line E 12 subway entrance, and across from the hotel there is a 7 eleven, you can see Skytree from the hotel, the environment is quiet and a bit deserted because it is not a tourist area but not far from Sensoji temple and Tokyo Skytree 😊

Good stay. No complains. Except maybe for coffee. They only provide tea. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff at reception. Convenient location. Right next to train station, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven. Great restaurants just a short walk away. Special mention for Ichikatsu Restaurant, family favorite katsu. The room was cleaned every day. AC and Wi-Fi were great. Beds were comfy. Rooms were a good size. The 2-bedded twin room for the kids was more spacious than our queen bedded one. Awesome view of the Tokyo Skytree and sprawling cityscape from the rooms. The ice dispenser at the common area was handy. Yay. Free shuttle to Disney. Book early. The free shuttle back to the hotel was at 9:45 p.m. Too late for us. We took the trains back. Tried 1 hotel breakfast. Decent, but there were better options outside. Directly opposite the hotel was a small cafe run by an elderly couple that served good coffee and breakfast toast/sandwiches. Sumida walking map at hotel lobby. Had a good early morning walk along the Sumida River to Ushijima Shrine, Tokyo Skytree Tower, and back for breakfast.

Very helpful and kind staff, room was a little dated, but extremely clean, and air conditioning worked great, especially after a hot day. Would highly recommend for younger people who are on a budget.

The bathroom floor level . no need to step up to use the bathroom. problem is the door swings in to the bathroom. makes it dangerous when wet and stepping out from the tub. have to lean into the toilet. toilet could be upgraded to a elongated bowl that uses less water and flushes efficiently. some waste kept staying in the bowl had to use shower wand to wash down. other than that I will return to stay at that hotel again. also it was not sumo time in the area. they are in Nagoya for the summer basho.

It was a very nice stay with a beautiful view of the sky tree tower. We was on the 22nd floor. The top floor restaurant at night served a great sushi box set.We also ordered the tempura set and a side order of tempura. the best combo is the sushi box and side tempura. All washed down with a asahi beer. It also came with a dessert of vanilla ice cream or sorbet made in house. both taste great.

Decent stay for the price. No ac in the rooms and the device controlling the fan was not working. Very clean and a nice view from 24th floor with the view. No pool, no play room and nothing to do in the hotel beside sleep and eat.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even with the language barrier. Shuttle service to Disney parks is a huge plus. Room was spacious which is a perk in cramped Tokyo. Furniture needs refurbishing and some maintenance on hinges and squeaks. Bed sheets need updating (had a stain that never went away with multiple staff cleanings). Great location with conbinis nearby and metro right next door. About a 5-10 walk from JR line. Will keep hotel in mind for future Tokyo trips!!!

If you need wifi to live like me, you should never choose this hotel regardless how cheap it is. Their wifi is not usable at all. When you ask for help from the staff with the wifi, their responses are, I can’t help you, that’s it!

Very close proximity to Oedo Line (A1 exit). Bit of a walk to JR Line. 7-11 and Family Mart very close by. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Language barrier, but they tried their best. Furniture in room needs updating (squeaky drawers, loose cabinet hinges). Great for the price!!

“AC” did not cool the room at all. The vent by the window provided no ventilation. The room was unbearable hot when the sun was up. Stains on the carpet, dusty vents in the bathrooms. Restaurants were great, lots of options to eat within the hotel.

This property met our expectations. For the price point, it was the hotel that we needed. We do not spend a lot of time in our hotel rooms when we travel, so it was everything we expected and needed in Tokyo. The Ryogoku area was great. Nice, quiet and peaceful at night after days of hustle and bustle in Tokyo. Nice neighborhood with a few excellent small restaurants. The Ryogoku Station is literally right next to the hotel. So convenient and is a great connector to all main lines. 7-11 is almost in the lobby (just outside) - so handy. Queen bed was very comfortable. Outstanding water pressure, temperature and shower. Space is small as most hotels in Tokyo. Room was hot until we reached out and the staff explained to turn off the “A/C” button on our room controls. After that, with the window vent open, temperature was very comfortable. Major highlight was a spectacular view of Skytree. Wonderful at night with its illumination. If you are looking for five stars and a pool, go downtown … but for the price point, this is a great hotel. We stayed four nights and would book again.

One issue I noticed was that the hotel lifts lacked security access, as anyone could enter and go to any floor. It might also be helpful to provide a humidifier in the rooms during months with very dry and cold weather, as both the outside air and the room felt quite dry. Other than that, I have no complaints as the stay was worth the price I paid.

The front staff was very welcoming, amenities were very good, and the room service did a great job keeping our room clean. On top of that, the location itself is very convenient as it is near a beautiful park, multiple convenience stores, a whole lot of restaurants, and is right next to the train station. Would 100% book again
