I love this place. Big, comfortable bed and large shower and tub area. Room have everything you would need to relax after wandering around Osaka or making a day trip close by. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Great place, stayed here many times before and will stay again! I thank the wonderful people at Hotel Fine for having me.

What a great hotel! I had a single room and it was absolutely massive compared to other hotels. Breakfast (three choices, including bacon and eggs) is also delivered every morning for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with in English.
There's a laundry room with coin operated machines and plenty of tourist information including recommendations on what to visit.
Like others have said, don't let the fact that it's an 'adult' hotel put you off. There's nothing sketchy about it. The only bummer is the location is a bit out of the way from all the big tourist stuff in Osaka. You're looking at about 40 minutes by subway to Dotonbori. Not a huge issue though, considering how cheap and nice this hotel is.

โดน google map หลอก ให้ไปทางซ้าย จริง ๆ ออกจากสถานี Juso พอมาถึงถนนใหญ่ ข้ามถนนแล้วไปทางซ้าย เดินจนถึงถนนใหญ่ที่ตัดผ่านอีกที ข้ามไป เดินผ่าน 7-11 เลี้ยวเข้าซอย (Love Hotel เพียบ) เดินไปประมาณ 2 ล็อก แล้วเลี้ยวขวา เดินไม่เกิน 10 เมตร วิธีนี้ง่ายและตรงที่สุด โรงแรมโดยรวมได้มาตรฐานญี่ปุ่น สะอาด ห้องใหญ่ ไม่มีเสียงกิจกรรมข้างห้อง แสดงว่า เก็บเสียงดี โดยรวม ok เมื่อเทียบกับราคา คราวหน้าก็จะพิจารณาเป็นลำดับต้น ๆ แต่ข้อด้อยคือ รร ใกล้กับสถานี Hankyu ซึ่งถ้าเดินทางด้วย subway เป็นส่วนใหญ่ ก็ต้องเสีย คชจ เพิ่ม
