Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel in Osaka. The room was spacious, especially by Japanese standards, and I really appreciated having a dining table for meals.
There are a few things that could be improved. The kitchenette would be much more useful with a small electric oven and a toaster. I also didn’t like that housekeeping is only provided every three days instead of daily. Another downside is that the open hallways are not air-conditioned, so they become extremely hot during the summer.
The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their service was truly outstanding.
The location is convenient and close to everything, although I would have preferred a quieter area. At night, many people return from bars and clubs, which can be a bit uncomfortable for families with children.
The hotel is well maintained, but it doesn’t have a restaurant or breakfast lounge. Breakfast is available, apparently as room service, but we didn’t try it.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent staff, and great location. With a few improvements, it would be an even better place to stay.
