Hotel Forza Nagoya Sakae

This is way too worth it for the price at this location. Donki is right beside, many merchandise stores around as well. They provide welcome drink for guest and a massage pad for every room so you can lay in bed and place the pad under your tiring legs. Highly recommended this hotel

My wife and I stayed in a standard room. The room is cozy for 2 ppl with 1 big luggage. The hotel locates in the middle of Sakae, so we went everywhere by walk or train. We highly recommend the hotel for visitors in the 3rd city Nagoya.

Overall it’s good, smart and modern. Strange check in location on the third floor but I guess it has to be like this, annoying that the elevator stops at the third floor on EVERY pass. Breakfast fine, plenty of choice, a welcoming drink although I did not take this. Just a little awkward finding the entrance but blame Google Maps that puts it on the Main Street rather than around the corner.

Coffee machine was down for more than a week which is disapointing. but other than that, it's great to stay, location is amazing, staffs are friendly. clean and safe!

At the heart of Nagoya - recommended for a short stay. If you like shopping then this is the hotel to stay.

Easily walkable to nearby station. easy check in and out. The entrance is very subtle with the lobby on the 3rd floor.

It’s okay, staff wasn’t friendly and wait for long time still no one back. One thing want to mention that they don’t have enough hot water and wish us we can swap other hotel.

It was a good hotel with laundry facilities in the lobby. They had room service to clean up rooms or just replace towels upon your request. There was an automated barista machine in the lobby serving free hot coffee and hot chocolate. Also an automated wine server for a glass of wine in the evening which I didn’t have a chance to taste. The hotel is right across from Alpen Nagoya (sporting goods) store and lots of brand name stores all around. There’s a Don Quijote a block away and 2 blocks away there is a street full of izakayas and restaurants. Walking distance to Metro Sakae station, bus stop a block away (just a 20 min bus ride to Nagoya JR station), the science museum, art museum, Mirai tower and (if your up for it) Osu market is about a 15 min walk away.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful researching items that we have left behind at the previous hotel. We left the hotel. One of our visitors forgot his backpack in the lobby. The employee (Bemu) chased us several blocks with the backpack as we walked to the train station.

We spent a lot of time checking all the hotels near this area. This hotel is a yery good hotel in this area. Will certainly go to this hotel again the next time I visit Nagoya.

From check in to check out. Everything was convenient and staffs were friendly and helpful.

Clean, strategic location, friendly staff

Room needs a little cleaning especially the bathroom. It smelled a little musty. The room itself was a little dusty and had to turn off the air conditioner. On the other hand, the hotel location was great. The location was very close to the shopping area and only a few subway stops from tourist attractions.

Overnight stay after arriving in Nagoya. Short walk from subway, close to dining options in Sakae, good hotel breakfast. Very courteous staff.
