Location: Across Sapporo jr station and the basement is connected to Sapporo underground walkway. So convenient. Services and room are great. Breakfast is wonderful, especially if you are a seafood lover.

Hotel looks great. Room is nice and clean but space is tight. There’s nowhere to put your luggage. Staff is helpful. It is next to Sapporo station, very convenient.

We stayed at the high floor rooms which allows access to the executive lounge. The room is spacious, nice little living room but the bathroom is old and dated, it does not match the rest of the room. And the price was a bit more expensive than their regular rooms. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Overall we had a very good stay. Plus the fact that it has underground access to the train station. We would come back to stay again!

One of the best hotels you can stay that is just minutes away from Sapporo station and the huge underground mall. Also, it's buffet breakfast with its free flow salmon, tuna, scallop and SALMON ROE is the reason why I keep coming back to this hotel

Nice and convenient place to stay in Sapporo. The main station (JR and Hokkaido Shinkansen) is just 3minutes walk from this hotel, this will be the place next time we visit Sapporo. 👍

The room was nice, the bed felt kind of uneven in certain spots and the bathtub felt kind of flimsy to stand in, I thought I was going to break it by standing on it lol. It didn't though.

We arrived one day late because of flight cancellations, they helped us book us in properly. Hotels.com didn’t help at all but the hotel staff were very helpful. I would recommend booking through their system instead of though Hotels.com

To get to hotel requires carrying luggage up stairs using the underground pathway. It was really convenient but they need to put a sign to point in the direction of the hotel.

I had been all over Japan by the time I was in Sapporo and I just think the rooms were NOT exactly what I was looking for. I mean I booked economy rooms, but the walls were stained and scratched to hell, the carpet was stained (only hotel I felt the need to use the slippers at all times), and every thing was vaguely discolored. I will most likely not be returning though the location to the train station was amazing.
