The staff was very friendly. The hotel posted very helpful transport options to surrounding areas such as Mt. Fuji. Excellent centralised location in the heart of Tokyo. Highly recommend!

I really love this hotel. Yes, it is small just like other hotels in Japan. However, it's all clean, love the shampoo and body soap (so relaxing), the room is quite spacey to put 2 big luggages (as I stayed here with my husband). The hotel is really near Tarakacho St (direct line from and to Narita/Haneda airport) also close to Ginza line which make it easier for me to explore Shibuya etc. And Family Mart is just downstairs. I hope I can come back next year and stay here again. Thank you!

I stayed 4 nights at the Intergate during my business trip, and I was so impressed with completed amenities as well as thoughtful services they provided to the guests. They provided snacks and tea time in certain hours, coffee specialty, and even a simple dinner (rice bowl with soup) for who are craving at night. This hotel is also very clean, has a good location just next to MTR station, provides iron and the desk (very useful for business traveller), helpful staff, and a convenient store on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for families and business traveller.

The location of the hotel is close to Ginza, and there is a Ginza line subway station in front of the hotel. The distance from Tokyo station to the hotel is about 12 minutes walk. The rooms at this hotel are also OK and comfortable. Right under the hotel, there is a convenience store. Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel during our holiday in Tokyo.

Amazing hotel at a fantastic location. Direct subway from Haneda airport and 10 mins walk from Tokyo station with direct bus to Narita. 5 mins away from all shops in Ginza. Highly recommend.

The room is very clean and nice. The staff are very friendly, polite.and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with wide variety of food including hot and cold food. Drinks include vegetable’s juice, milk and hot coffee. The fresh fruits and some other desserts are very delicious. The plain yogurt tastes really good! It’s convenient to have a breakfast at the hotel before going out. it’s worth spending 2750 JPY to have the breakfast there. I really like this hotel that is close to Tokyo train station.

This place is okay, nothing special. Decent location, decent bed, HORRRRIBLE PILLOWS that feel like they’re stuffed with wood chips. Seemed decently clean. I accidentally booked a smoking room which I didn’t realize. I checked availability online to see if something nonsmoking was available before reaching out to the staff and was told yes they could switch me but the new rate at that time of booking would be an extra $200. That room stayed available for the entire time I was there. I also tried getting help to get to Disneyland when the metro went down due to high winds and I asked the taxi price 3 times and was promised that would be the cost, when I got there I was charged 4x as much.

Absolutely not worth the price. Tiny, outdated rooms that are dirty and in desperate need of refurbishment. For a hotel that cost over $200 USD per night, I expected much better and felt ripped off.

A fantastic hotel, having stayed at the one in Hiroshima we changed to stay here and it was a great decision. Very upmarket area of Ginza/Tokyo Station, walking to all sorts and trains. Amazing room, snacks free in the great public area, lovely staff - overall amazing, thank you.

Located near Kyobashi station. About a block away. Connected to a convenience store. Rooms were small- we paid extra for a room that was a little bigger but it was misleading because the bed and bathroom are next to one another and a longer small hallway from the door into that part. But it was a good stay. Not that far from Tokyo station either- like a 15-20 minute walk

Great service and amazing location. Love the area a lot and walking distance to Ginza and 5 or less minute walk to the train station. 10 min walk to Tokyo train station as well. Small room but average for Japan rooms. Love it here would go again.

The location was great and the room was clean and modern. Though the room smaller than we are used to staying in, it was what we expected in central Tokyo. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. Breakfast options were diverse and fresh but be prepared for it to be more local food focused if you are traveling internationally. For the reasonable cost this hotel is well situated. It is walking distance to the main Tokyo train station and the imperial place, Stations for two major subway or metro lines are within a block. It’s an easy stroll into Ginza with its restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful. It’s good choice for an independent tourist spending a few days in Tokyo.
