What Guests Say About Their Stay

I really love this hotel. Yes, it is small just like other hotels in Japan. However, it's all clean, love the shampoo and body soap (so relaxing), the room is quite spacey to put 2 big luggages (as I stayed here with my husband). The hotel is really near Tarakacho St (direct line from and to Narita/Haneda airport) also close to Ginza line which make it easier for me to explore Shibuya etc. And Family Mart is just downstairs. I hope I can come back next year and stay here again. Thank you!

I stayed 4 nights at the Intergate during my business trip, and I was so impressed with completed amenities as well as thoughtful services they provided to the guests. They provided snacks and tea time in certain hours, coffee specialty, and even a simple dinner (rice bowl with soup) for who are craving at night. This hotel is also very clean, has a good location just next to MTR station, provides iron and the desk (very useful for business traveller), helpful staff, and a convenient store on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for families and business traveller.

The location of the hotel is close to Ginza, and there is a Ginza line subway station in front of the hotel. The distance from Tokyo station to the hotel is about 12 minutes walk. The rooms at this hotel are also OK and comfortable. Right under the hotel, there is a convenience store. Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel during our holiday in Tokyo.

Amazing hotel at a fantastic location. Direct subway from Haneda airport and 10 mins walk from Tokyo station with direct bus to Narita. 5 mins away from all shops in Ginza. Highly recommend.

Was there for a business trip & chose this hotel because it was right next to the train station entrance and near my office. Very good experience from checking in to leaving, everything in between was fantastic, especially the staff! Room I chose was of a decent size too. Will definitely consider this place when I'm in town again!

The location was very nice. Family Mart is in the building, different train stations were within 5 min walking distance, Tokyo station was less than 15 min. Hotel provided lots of snacks and drinks at various times, if you happen to be at the hotel during those times could give them a try. It was nice to have water bottles provided everyday for added convinence. The room was a decent size for Tokyo, making it easy to pack and have enough space to store luggage.

Room is clean and perfectly serviceable. Small, but that's okay. The room I got was pretty alarming in that the window was just about 12" away from the building next door, and I had a great view of the wall texture of the next building. Lounge wasn't really what it seems, but hey, that's what the convenient store is for. For the same price, there was a better option, but it's what it is. Notably, they did have a very comfy bed and pillows, and they'll sell you the pillows.

The staff whom we met at the check-in seemed to be in a great rush, but for no reason. The lady who “helped” my friend rushed to give her everything without realizing she was holding a bunch of things on her hands already. Mine “helped” me by clicking the temporary membership option on the screen, even though I repeatedly asked about its detail and indicated that I didn’t wanna join it. Mr Lau of the front desk was properly the only person who could communicate with us, in English, effectively.

It was fine, but thing special. Location is really nice - 2 min from the Ginza line station, konbini in the basement and many stores around. Room was small, but had everything what was required. It needs a strong renovation because it looked a bit dirty (espscially walls, furniture). Staff was nice and helpful, choice of amentinies was ok. To sum up it was ok, but I think a renovation is required, because around you may find places in more better condition for the similar price.

Room was a bit smelly and cramped. It’s convenient if you’re traveling through Tokyo station, but if I had known how it was I would have paid more money to stay somewhere nicer.

Great service from the staff, but the beds were as hard as rocks. Impossible to get a good night sleep. If they got different mattresses, it would be a perfect hotel

Everything was accommodating nicely! Friendly English speaking staff available at your service and smooth service overall! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean space for a cheap place in Ginza area. They also have a Family Mart under the hotel! Super convenient! And a seven eleven down the corner! Much love from Houston Texas!
