We liked staying at Hotel Kojan. It was in a great location...close to shopping, restaurants and the fish market which was the best! The only downside was our room was super small. While in bed, I could touch one side of the room and the other at the narrowest part. If you stay here with two people, definitely get a room with 2 beds.

Very clean, friendly staff, right near Shinsaibashi shopping and Dotonburi.

Hotel Is centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, transport and sightseeing spots. Room is simple, but has a good bed. There was a mouldy smell in our room, as almost no sunlight reaches the room.

Quiet and clean hotel not too far from the activity of Dotonbori!

The air conditioning/heating wasn’t great, it would always either get way too cold or way too hot and the beds weren’t the comfiest, but the room was decently sized with a clean bathroom and the location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the best shopping spots and dotonbori. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot not too far from all the fun in dotonbori and a bunch of yummy food places around. There’s even a matcha shop and owl cafe right next door! The room was a much bigger room compared to lots of other Japan hotels and offered 3 full sized beds with still adequate floor space for our luggages. Will definitely stay back here again if we find ourselves back in Osaka :)

Overall good experience. The room was big and good location. Room and hotel was clean but could do with some touchups. Bathroom is very small and extractor fan didn't seem to do much so once you had a shower the whole bathroom had condensation everywhere. Had required facilities provided such as hairdryer and small fridge. The rooms aren't the most sound proof so could hear noise from people in the street late at night and construction work from 7am on some days but this can't be helped. Was able to drop bags off before check-in which is always helpful.

This establishment provides a safe and highly convenient option for those primarily seeking a comfortable place to rest after a full day of city exploration.

We had the pleasure of interacting with Maggie at the front desk, who provided invaluable assistance with dinner reservations. While the bathroom facilities were compact, they proved entirely functional for our needs. The beds were notably comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to numerous local restaurants is a significant advantage. This establishment represents a cost-effective option for a quality room.
