研修の中日で利用しました。夜遅くにチェックインとなりましたがフロントの方の対応が丁寧でありがたかったです。
部屋は1人で泊まったので丁度良く机もありました。バストイレ一緒でしたが洗面台など清潔感がありアメニティも一通り揃えてありました。
寝るだけの利用だったので、値段的にもちょうど良い感じでした。

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. It's a little out of the central (Sannomiya) area, but it is close to Kobe and is reasonable walking distance from pretty much everything. Hotel is easy to find straight out of the metro station and is close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are extremely helpful, speak good English and can provide you with maps of different areas within the city. Be aware that last breakfast serving is at 8.30am even though they list that it runs until 9am.
I had a room on the eighth floor, arrived early and couldn't check in, but reception looked after my bags and took them to my room for when I returned.
For me it ticked all the boxes necessary and I would definitely stay there again without hesitation!

It is very old. Bathroom tile has been cracking and mold.
I did not check when i booked a room as a smoking room so it had a very bad smell and could not sleep good because of the smell of smells. all my clothes smell like tabaco. I can not believe still people needs smoking room.
No one smoke inside anymore in USA.

宿泊費が安かったとはいえ、洗面所の洗面スペースは割れてテープ留めしてある始末。最低限の機能は果たしている(水漏れ等は無かったレベル)とはいえ、気分は良くなかった。部屋のトイレもウォシュレットが壊れていて全く使えなかった。部屋の照明も暗く、仕事から戻ると寝るしかなかった。予算に余裕があり、快適さを求めるならおススメはしません。環境的には近くには安くて美味しい町中華が多く、外食には困りません。新開地駅も至近で交通の便は最高でした。
