The hotel is literally located right across from Ikebukuro Station, one of the stations in Tokyo served by the JR Yamanote Line. This makes it convenient for traveling around Tokyo. The airport shuttle also stops right in front of the hotel, making travel to the airport easy and affordable. On top of that, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and the service is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel!

The Ikebukuro train station is right across from the hotel within the Lumine mall. Very easy access, including restaurants and convenience stores within the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood. What I like most is that you can take the Airport Limousine Bus from Narita Airport, and it stops right in front of the hotel lobby!

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, but this one, is my favourite so far. Great space and I didn’t have to live out of my suitcase, room cleaning was late morning so I didn’t always have to be up really early, very convenient

The location is excellent — just steps from the subway station, large shopping malls, great restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. You can even purchase airport bus tickets to Haneda and Narita directly at the front desk. The bus stop is conveniently located right at the hotel entrance.

We recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and professional staff. The room was a comfortable size for Tokyo—compact but had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean and functional. A major plus is the low-cost airport shuttle bus from Narita Terminal 1 that stops near the hotel—super convenient if you have a lot of luggage and want to avoid transfers. The location is excellent, right next to a metro station for easy access to the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s even a TULLY'S Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick coffee or breakfast. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a great location. Close to Ikebukuro station (250m) which get you in the Yamanote line which get you great access to all the key spots in Tokyo.
Large department store and loads of places to eat, all very reasonable in price. It had everything we needed.
The staff were great, the rooms a decent size for Tokyo.
We had the breakfast every morning so we could start the day off great, there was a lot of choice at breakfast.
Also a Lawson and 7 Eleven within 100m so you can always grab a drink.
Would stop here again.
