The room was quite small and not all the staff spoke English, so it was a little difficult to communicate. The breakfast was quite expensive so we did not partake. The shower head not angled correctly for a proper shower. The hotel has no other amenities we could use except it was really nice to be close to the nice shopping areas of Giza.

Please don’t have any high expectations since everything is at basic levels. I think that is standard of Tokyo. Room is small, furnitures are super basic, wash room is okay. Not sure from when a HOTEL can be that shabby. You got what you paid for. Location is very good, shopping, transportation, and dining options are fine.

Great location in downtown Ginza. Rooms have adequate desk space and floor space to put out your luggage. The bathrooms are just ceramic sinks, which means no counter space for your toiletries :(. There are 2 small shelves above the toilet and the rim of the tub to place items, that's it.
