Hotel in a very convenient location in the Ginza district of Tokyo. Staff was very helpful.

Good location and very walkable. Quiet and off the beaten path but all shops and food and the train were within a few minutes walk. Staff were super helpful with food suggestions and they provide ice at the front which was appreciated.

The room was quite small and not all the staff spoke English, so it was a little difficult to communicate. The breakfast was quite expensive so we did not partake. The shower head not angled correctly for a proper shower. The hotel has no other amenities we could use except it was really nice to be close to the nice shopping areas of Giza.

This was a very convenient hotel and the building is beautiful and historic. The only downside was that our room smelled like very old cigarette smoke and we couldn't open the permanently shut windows to get fresh air.

The location is excellent. Situated in the heart of Ginza, it is close to both JR and subway stations. There are also plenty of convenience stores and reasonably priced restaurants nearby.While the guest room itself might not qualify as deluxe, I appreciated the spacious bathroom.

Bath door isn’t ergonomic as it’s kind of blocking the entry hallway when it’s opened. It’s better to replace a sliding door.
