Checkin staff was poor but the other staff were good

Breakfast was poor, not good value for money. coffee undrinkable. variety non existent. no urgent replenishment when food runs out. Room was the worst size I have ever experienced. Had to pay 5000 yen to upgrade to a room of usable size. Will not rate the room more than 1 out of 10. Airport shuttle only runs in the morning, had to take a taxi to get to hotel at 4pm on a weekday.

Breakfast was good with coupons. Breakfast staff was good. Even with my bad Japanese they were very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel MyStays Haneda. The room was the perfect size for one person—compact yet comfortable, with everything I needed. The bathroom amenities were simple but very practical, and the bidet was definitely a game changer! I appreciated the pajamas they provided—they were clean but seemed old. The mini fridge was especially useful, and I ended up using it throughout my entire stay. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. I visited during the winter, and it even snowed, which made the experience feel extra special. The only small issue I ran into was not knowing how to turn on the heater one night when I needed it. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the location. Being right next to an Inari shrine added a peaceful, cultural touch to the experience. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, yet still very convenient—there are small diners and convenience stores within walking distance, and the train station is easily accessible. Overall, a great stay, especially for solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Excellent rooms, excellent price

Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I tried changing rooms but was told non-smoking rooms were fully booked. I wish this was explained in the listing. Overall everything else was pretty good.

The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful, especially because I don't speak Japanese. The toothpaste provided doesn't really do anything though. It is also very conveniently located between 7-Elevens and 2 Family Marts where I could get toothpaste and other quick necessities and food. There is also a post office nearby and a few grocery stores. Overall, a very convenient stay for a quick layover at Haneda.

Clean & spacious rooms. There was a laundry area & restaurant at the ground floor. Near the station.

Everything was perfect!

お部屋をキレイにしてもらった日が1日あったのですが、ゴミをもってってくれてなかったり、掃除機がかけられてないような感じでした。

Location was off from the crowds but yet I had good access to everywhere. Quiet and cozy. Breakfast order at the time of your reservation is recommended. You also have choice for nearby restaurants.

I like the property because it is close to airport but what I don’t like was the front desk staff who were unable to speck English clearly. Some were good speaking English staff.
