Great place to stay, if you want to go to Universal studios and Dotonbori, although you may have to walk about 15 min to get to the train station. It was a good stroll around the area either way... Very clean room and bathroom. I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel NCB.

Everything was good just 2 problems. The wifi tends to disappear from time to time. And not many things are walking distance. Other than that, everything is good

It was nice, quiet, and clean.

I wouldn't even know where to start. Definitely from the pillows. Since I don't like the Japanese style (with grains of plastic inside and flat) cause I feel it hard, I asked if it was possible to have another softer and taller pillow. The staff then took another identical pillow and while stuffing it into the pillowcase, let it touch the floor. When I pointed this out to him, the attendant didn't change the pillowcase but simply gave it a slap with his hands to clean it up. In the evening I couldn't use the Wi-Fi as the signal was very weak. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the hard pillows and the walls that were thin like paper. At 5:30 the sound of an alarm from the next door room woke me up and it went for over 10 minutes because of the snooze. Around 6:00 AM a middle school baseball team was very noisy outside my room keeping me awake for a long time. And finally, the craziest thing that ever happened to me: a customer opened my room door with his key card at 7:00 AM. I asked at reception how this could happen and they told me that the keys open every door. So, is it that easy to get into any room? In the end I asked for a refund for one night and it was granted. I honestly don't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Small beds with very limited bedding. Location isn’t very convenient.

Unassuming, excellent 3-star hotel. Room is small but functional and tidy. Good breakfast. Polite and effective staff. A 7-Eleven store on the premise.

Check-in was smooth and the stay was comfortable. Some more amenities could have been included.

Good business hotel. Public transport is a little walk to Namba and Umeda.

福島で用があったので、利用しました。駅までは少し歩きますが、気候がよかったので、川沿いを散歩しながら気持ちよかったです。

夜11時に戻ると駐車場に入れず電話しても出なかった。 わざわざホテル前に戻りインターホンで呼ぶしかなかった。 警備員が嫌そうに出てきた。

朝食は、軽めだが、飲み物が充実していた

今回はライブのために会場から1番近いホテルにと思い宿泊しました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただき、スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。 建物は少し古さも感じましたが、浴室、トイレもリフォームされていてエアコンも新しく快適に過ごせました。 ライブが終わって部屋に戻る際、近くの部屋から話し声が聞こえていましたが、部屋に入ると全く聞こえてきませんでしたし、良く眠れました。 大阪中央卸売市場へも徒歩10分ほどで行けるので、翌日は朝早く起きて市場の中のお寿司屋さんで朝食をとりました。 朝食付きのプランだったので、食堂に寄ってみましたが、フルーツやヨーグルトなどがあると良いなと思いました。

층간소음이 좀 심합니다 윗방에서 새벽 2시가 넘도록 쿵쿵거려서 잠을 잘수가 없었어요 하루만 참자 했더니 2박 내내 그랬네요

女性だと化粧品アメニティがないので持っていったほうがいいです！その他は特に不便なく良かったです

地下駐車場が1泊1000円は高得点 朝食も平均点以上 梅田や難波に行きやすい 宿泊料金もかなりお得 観光はこのホテルが便利ですよ
