Location is inside Tanukikoji, it’s a lively neighborhood. Shops, eats are reachable within walking distance. Easy access to Chuo Bus to the airport, walkable only 3 minutes to the bus stop. Recommended!

The Place is more then i expected from a Capsule Hotel, close from Odori Subway, the Bed is comfy, and have a lot of space. I sleep really well the night i stay here, and also Free shower. Recommended and i Will choose this place again if i want to Stay in Sapporo for Snow Festival

Convenient and Centrally located, hostel was amazing in service, daily cleaning occurs every day, but could be a little cleaner particularly in the bathroom areas.
Door to my dorm was constantly propped open which made me worry about the security of my property and those sharing the dorm but that was through no fault of the staff..
Would recommend to friends.

Excellent and simple place. This hotel used to be Grids Hostel until it closed in March 2023 and reopened. The layout in the rooms are the same, but the open areas are now very simplified without previous free amenities like coffee. it is much quieter too now.

I’m glad I stayed here. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Welcoming staff.
Terrific location for food and exploring. Beautiful open common area, but there was nothing generating community. Maybe games, tv, list of what to do in the city.

We had a bit of trouble locating the entrance and then we were sent away as we had arrived a bit early. Our son was returning the rental car and when he arrived they told him we hadn't been there. Bit confusing as we were the only non Asians staying there. We were in a hotel room which had its own bathroom that was very good. The fold up bed however was not comfortable.

近くのドトールでの朝食付プランを夫婦で利用しましたが、リーズナブルなだけでは無く、コスパ的に大満足でした。
男性、女性の区分けが無いカプセルホテルと言った感じの施設なので、気になる女性もいると思いますが、自分達が利用した４Ｆは１／４位女性客が居ました。
シャワー室が各階に２つずつある様ですが、シャワーの水圧が強く、思ったより気持ちが良かったです。
タオルのレンタルやアメニティの販売を利用する場合は、スタッフが不在になる0:00前に利用する必要があります。

チェックアウトのスタッフの対応だけが不満でした。エレベーター開いてすぐフロントなのですが、若い女性スタッフがパソコン作業していて、私が｢おはようございます｣と言っても返事無し・・。｢鍵はここに置けばいいですか？｣と聞いたら、こちらを見ることもなく｢はい｣と言い黙々とパソコンしてました。
せめて挨拶だけはしてほしいです。
