The location is great for us as we planned to do things around the area for kids (Disneyland, Kidzania, Mirakan, Lego Discovery) and it is also easy to go to the Tokyo station as well. A convenience store on the 1st floor is very useful. The room was great, good sizing. The food is nice for breakfast. Many kinds of tea & coffee are my favorite.

This hotel was fantastic! Super close to public transportation and a very nice, clean place to stay. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely LOVED this place.. had everything a traveler on the go needs!!! The only thing I dont recommend is using the dual washer/dryer machines.. if you are used to maytag/speed queens.. use only if desperate- but they also have fabric refresher in the room!!!

This has been a great place to stay. The rooms are large and the decor and amenities are thoughtfully minimalist and modern. They even have Dyson hairdryers! The window seats are a nice place to hang out and use the massage pillow on sore feet. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable and very enjoyable from the very first step into the hotel to my last step out! Great location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms! The train station was a few min walk away, there was a convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I will definitely stay again. Arigato gozaimasu!

도쿄 여행중 디즈니 방문하는 날에 이틀 묵었습니다. 좁은 길이 복잡한 일본이라 찾기 쉽고 전철역에서 가까운곳으로 찾았습니다. 위치는 전철역에서 2분거리입니다. 2층 플랫폼에서 봐고 찾을수있을만큼 가까이 있어 첫 여행길이라도 아무리 길을 못찾는 길치라도 금방 찾을수있습니다. 어린이 손님 서비스팩이 알차고 좋습니다. 현관 로비에 다른 아멘티티와 함께 노란 주머니안에 아이 전용 슬리퍼 칫솔 비누등등이 있어서 딸아이가 유용하게 사용했습니다. 프론트에서 어린이 잠옷도 빌릴수있습니다. 흰색의 깔끔한 단추달린 원피스 스타일입니다. 전철 나오는 길에 패밀리마트가 있어서 편리합니다. 건물 1층에도 편의점이 있어요. 전자렌지 세탁기 얼음 기계는 9층에 있고 커피기계는 2층 로비에 있어요. 디즈니까지는 교통비가 성인 170엔. 어린이 80엔 입니다. 전철역 옆에 있는만 아주 조용합니다. 호텔 선택에 도움이 되길바라며 즐거운 도쿄여행 되세요.

The staff at the reception is not useful. We paid for breakfast included through Expedia for the 3 of us included our 6 year old kid and they argued that the breakfast was paid for adults only and we should pay again for our kid. After a good 10 minutes argument about the Expedia booking, the receptionist finally agreed to provide us the coupons which we paid for for the kid breakfast. Anything we asked for during our stay - the staff at the reception showed no interest to help. The hotel rooms are very small, there is visible dust on the furniture. The hotel carpets are very old and dusty, we felt stuffed the entire time we were there. The hotel is old, dated, the rooms are very small given the price. For the price, a hotel closer to downtown Tokyo might be better. We do not recommend this hotel.

Right next to Shin-Kiba station that services three different train lines. Perfect for going to Tokyo Disney Resort. Trains also go to Shibuya area and Tokyo Station. Convenience stores very close by, including one on the first floor. Rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly.

nice spot, worked out nice being next to train terminal. we could go anywhere in the city by just walking around the corner. Disney close by made those fun days easier. Staff nice to us, and very clean. it had little market and cafe for breakfast and happy hour
