We had a very very unpleasant stay at a Richmond hotel in another location, so when we had to book in that hotel at that specific location we were not pleased with the idea and got ready for the worse. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, front desk staff seemed very kind, knowledgeable and well prepared. They had little games and books for small children which our daughter absolutely loved. There are sooo many things to do in the surrounding area, near the station, so location was pretty convenient. Room was good and breakfast was nice. Against all pronostics, we really liked the hotel

The buffet was amazing! Had a large variety of foods that included Western food and Japanese food. The staff are extremely friendly and caring. I enjoyed being able to see the laundry current conditions on the TV, but the dryer is quite weak and wouldn’t recommend using it if you’re using this hotel with a family. It might be worth it for individuals. My only other complaint is that the area around it is quite busy and noisy so it can be hard to sleep.

Around 5 mins walking to Kinshicho train station and metro, convenience stores, Parco and Marui department store. The room was clean, well maintained — not too big or too small, just the right size for two people. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience — I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location, just a short walk to the Kinshicho Station. Familymart just right beside the hotel and many restaurants around the area. Parco, Arcakit, Olinas, Terminas malls within walking distance. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Comforable beds and toiletries, teabags and coffee is provided at the counter near the reception. Breakfast at hotel is simple and good enough to start your day. Drink vending machines are located on the 2nd floor and they even have beer! For a small family of 3, it was a perfect stay! Definitely will recommend Keisei Richmond Kinshicho!

This was a great home vase for a 2 week Tokyo trip. The kinshicho station is a short walk, and has direct trains to many top destinations. There's a ton of terrific dining options around, and convenience stores on every corner. The hotel breakfast was quite good, especially for the price. I just wish they would let you get coffee from the cafeteria without buying a breakfast. All in all it was great accommodations and a good location for travel all while being away from the tourist zone, and enjoying a more locals vibe. For anyone visiting for the first time like I did, and is curious about transportation to and from Narita... We took the sky access local train to Oshiage station, then transferred to the hanzomon line to kinshicho (easy transfer). This took almost 2 hours, and was paid for entirely by a suica card. Going back to Narita we opted to take the airport limousine bus that departs from the tobu hotel levant, which is a short easy walk even with luggage. So consider either option when planning transportation

This location of the Keisei Richmond Hotel is walking distance (<10 minutes) from Kinshicho (JR) Train Station. Kinshicho is a transportation hub with convenient connections to Haneda Airport, Tokyo station and the Yamanote line. This is a basic, no frills hotel. The rooms are clean, no dingy carpets or draperies. The bath is Japanese style with a deep soaker tub. A hand held shower is used to wash before entering the tub. The toilet is in a separate little room and includes a washlette. The room includes a larger TV with local stations and BS satellite. Also included is a hot water kettle and mini fridge. The hotel does not have a restaurant but does offer a breakfast Buffett for an extra charge. If you want to eat lunch or dinner near the hotel, there are dozens of small restaurants in and around the Kinshicho Station Building. If you have read this far, I'm sure you would like to know, would I stay here again? The answer is yes
