洋式房間面積大，浴室及浴缸寬闊，也可以租用家族風呂，早晚餐也是自助式燒烤，另提供地方著名嘅特色食品，真的很美味。附近景點，約16分鐘車程有公園，好細的公園，但沿途車路去時會看到車路兩旁種植了紅葉，好美。

小さな子供を連れての宿泊でしたが家族風呂があり他の人に迷惑かけずに入る事が出来ました
リフォームもしっかりされていて綺麗で清潔でした。素泊まりだったのですがお皿を貸して頂けたりひとつひとつがとても親切で有り難かったです。機会があればまた利用させて頂きたいです

もと国民宿舎だったそうでその面影があり、最新ホテルではないですが、ほのぼのとした良い滞在をさせていただきました。スタッフのサービスもよく、また料理もすごくおいしいので2食付きの滞在をお勧めします。コストパフォーマンスも最高で、温泉もよく、とても満足した滞在でした。

スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです！サービスで焼き芋を頂きました。久しぶりに本物の焼き芋を頂きました。美味しかったのです。私は手首を負傷しており、ずっと調子が悪かったのですが、温泉に浸かった効果なのか、手首の痛みがなおりました！！これには感動しました。
朝食のバイキングもSNSで見た通りとても豪華で美味しかったです(^^)
子供達も気に入っており、また行きたいと言っていました。お部屋にゲームボーイがあったり、ドリンクバーも利用でき、喜んでいました。
全体的にお風呂とお部屋の掃除が行き届いていないと思いましたので、マイナス1とさせて頂きますが、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

夜だけ粒々コーンスープが頂けて嬉しかったです。
紀見峠駅からの近さは有り難かったです。
①浴室内温度が低く身体が温まらなく残念でした。
②浴室内の掃除が酷かった。
シルバー部分はせっけん垢、サッシ部分には誰かの指から外したバンドエイドが放置、窓も残念でした。
③せっかく頂戴しました焼き芋は硬くて食べられませんでした。

食事無しでしたので、評価の高いホスピタリティの体験はありませんでした。
スーツケースをそれぞれ持って駅から徒歩は坂道で非常に苦労しました。
チェックイン時に特に何の説明もなく、エレベーターがあるのを知らなかったのでまた担いで階段で3階まで上がりました。
お風呂は朝風呂気持ちよかったです。
吉野川祭り花火大会の日でしたので宿泊費もかなり高かったです。通常土曜日価格の1.5倍はしました。
この宿の良さを体験するには食事も一緒に楽しんだほうが良さそうです。

事前に確認したい事があって、メールやFAXをしても返信が無く、電話もなかなか繋がらなかったので、不安になりました。
しかし、宿泊先に行けばスタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、こちらの要望(誕生日ケーキ持込)も快く聞いて頂きました。朝食、盛りだくさんでとっても美味しかったです。
また行けたらいいなと思います。

高野山に行く前に一番近いお宿で探しました。アクセスもよく、洋室も広く、温泉もさらりとして気持ちが良かったです。朝ごはんも栄養があるものを出して頂いて美味しかったです。今後も頑張ってください。
