Close to transportation and train stations. Clean and quite room snd great customer service

The staffs were very rigid and don’t speak very good English.

Fantastic place located near great restraints, close to transportation and in a safe neighborhood, great for first time travelers!

Check in was seamless. Hotel offers lot of amenities. They even offered us umbrellas when it was raining. Staff is great.

Ashtray like smell over the hotel, as smoking room right near the elevators. Also out of 3 elevators only 2 work during rush hour. Rooms are small even by Tokyo size, plus zero nose isolation. Otherwise a nice hotel...

Good hotel one block away from the best seafood market in Japan, near H, G and A line. Good diner options nearby, my room was spacious 9/10.

There was no English entertainment at all. TV and movies all in Japanese. One staff spoke English and was helpful. Other staff were not able to understand and frankly didn't appear. Very motivated to help. But the breakfast menu was large and overall good. A variety of Japanese and Western tastes.

Its ok hotel

Rooms are small. Nowhere to place luggage in room so they block the walking area. Hotels main doors are locked at midnight, giving off an unsafe vibe. Spare towels and pillows are limited.

Great hotel - perfect amount of space and close to metro stations which was convenient. Also super close to the Tsukiji Fish Market!

Great hotel!

The hotel itself is situated in location that’s well suited for first time travelers- the walk to the trains are not that far, and there are PLENTY of food options and sights to see on your walk to and from the hotel. As for the staff, it was a mixed bag, some of the staff is phenomenal, super courteous and extremely helpful. Unfortunately you can also get a fairly curt and unfriendly older gentleman who works there who seems to not really want to deal with foreigners all too much, which I definitely understand in some respects as I used to work the service industry myself and people can definitely be quite the mixed bag. But we always tried to approach each interaction with the utmost respect and consideration, so having him brush us off, while one of the younger staff members far exceeded our expectations in his friendliness and courteousness. It was this mixed bag of not knowing who’d you’d be dealing with that made our stay a bit stressful at times. As for the hotel itself, it was missing rooms to sit with my fellow traveling party and eat some food we picked up along the way (which is something the other hotels in our stay had in spades which is why I bring it up). They’d block off the tables at the restaurant and only had two chairs on the first floor to sit. The second floor had some seats but no table. The beds were a bit stiff, and the pillows unforgiving- but overall the place was clean and safe.
