総論としては、可もなく不可もなし。
ロケーションは申し分ない。真鶴の中心地なので、シュノーケリングスポットや釣り場に近く、スーパー、コンビニ、干物屋さんには歩いて行くことができ利便性は高い。
２階の窓からは港が観えて少し開放感もある。
部屋やキッチン、バスルームの清掃は行き届いて快適。調理器具、食器類も最低限は備えていて、かつどれも清潔。
寝具は畳に布団、簡易なシーツだが、ちゃんと乾されていて匂いも無く、睡眠に支障はない。
スタッフの対応も良い。鍵の引き渡しに電話をしたところすぐに来てくれて、スムーズで明るいコミュニケーションであった。
評価を下げてしまうのはコスパの低さ。お盆のハイシーズンで通常期の倍の値段だったこともあるが、それにしてもいただけない。
広さ、設備は情報どおりのものではあったが、建物、間取り、トイレ、洗面、バスルーム、エアコン、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、ガスコンロなど、すべてが古く、グレードが低い。エアコン、洗濯機はメンテナンス（掃除）されておらず、埃やゴミがついていた。冷蔵庫は、6人で３泊するには小さすぎた。物干し台の類も最小限しかなく難儀した。広くないので仕方がないが、ダイニングテーブルがなく、食事は大きなソファーテーブルを囲う感じで。Wi-Fiが備わっていないのも、いまどきどうかと思う。
家の前面が駐車スペースとなり、普通乗用車２台は駐められる。が、うち、1台分は長さがあまりなく、コンパクトでないと、少し道路に突き出してしまう。
真鶴で、キッチン付きの選択肢がほかにないので、ありがたい存在ではある。ぜひ、また、利用したいと思う。
洗濯機と冷蔵庫が大きく、新しいものになり、エアコンの掃除が行き届くだけでも印象が変わるが、検討いただけないだろうか。
