Excellent location, great facility, well run - spotless, well equipped apartments. I have stayed her twice and both stays were excellent

Overall i am fully satisfied with this staying. The room was clean, decent size, located at the convenient location.

The room was beautiful and clean and we have a kitchen with tools. It was really pratical!

The room was very dusty and wasn't cleaned properly when we checked in. We found a used condom under the bed, on the edge of the bed.

Construction noise in street near hotel late at night. WiFi did not work consistently. Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you.

We are a family of 4 and find the hotel room quite small. Certainly smaller than what is seen on the photos. Room size aside, which is expected for Japanese hotel, we find the room lack many things. Cleanliness is lacking for Japanese standard. The floor is not well kept, and under the bed is very dirty/filthy, I don’t think it has been clean in a long time, lots of garbage, dirt, etc. The toilet room has this terrible odour that we can’t seem to get over, even asking the hotel staff to check it out and clean. We are a family of 4 and this room comes with 2 poorly maintain chairs and two camping chairs that are old and almost falling apart. The table is also old and the surface has discoloured and bubbled. We stayed at other Minn hotels and they are great, but this one is not. I do believe it needs a good deep clean (especially under the beds) and some new furniture.

The room was spacious for our family of 4.

WeI like property condition. However we don’t feel safe here since the property doesn’t have front desk.It’s hard to communicate. The man took too long to answer our calls that night. In addition, the security code to access in is the same for everyone. Also we had to clean the closets before putting our belongings inside, dusty.

It took 10~15 minutes to figure out to get into the building at check in. It almost freaked me out, but was able to get in. Osaka station is within walking distance.

My family and I was waiting 3 hrs to get the issue resolved but it was still not resolved after 3 hrs.. had to find another hotel

Everything was ok but not wow.

The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. They were so helpful and kind. Just amazing.

Hous was clean. Check in process is confusing. Difficult to find a place. Also photos are deceiving. Its an ok place. Location was not good. Far from train station

Far from everything. Few restaurants are near by but they only accept cash. It's not close to subway/mall. It's about 12 mins walking. We rent the room for our family of 4 and there were only 2 chairs at the table. The toilet flushed itself randomly with false smell. I don't know if it's because of the building sceptic issue. Check-in at 3pm, out at 10 am is ridiculous and cheating.

Great for family. The only improvement I can think about is the check in system. Overall great choice for vacation in Osaka.

Great place

4.5 star - exactly what we need. It is very close to the 3 or 4 train and subway stations we used. Can’t beat the location. We could even just wheel our suitcases to the Airport express train. If the washing machine has drying function as well, it would have been 4.9 stars. The initial self check-in was a bit of a problem - the system was glitchy and we could not complete the process without calling the remote help desk from the unmanned front desk.
