Lobby and breakfast were awesome. Lobby hat a massage chair, plenty of mangas, free drinks and kakigōri. Breakfast had a wide range of food and nice kitchen staff.
Since it probably is an old business hotel, all the signs were in Japanese only with no English whatsoever. Foreigners without any knowledge in Japanese will probably have a little bit of trouble with reading (semi) important signs and understanding the receiptionists... nice location at the Sakura River and relatively close to Mito Station.
