도톤보리와의 접근성도 매우 좋고 바로 앞에 지하철역도 있어서 이동도 편리합니다.
다시 묵을 의향 있습니다.

Enjoy all the things in this hotel. Free yakult, ice cream and soba. And they have onsen where you can relax after long distance walk. All the staff also very helpfull and they can speak english

I loved the fact you had to take off your shoes. It gives you a real feel for the culture, BUT it was a false safety net because I THOUGHT it’d be a really clean hotel, but it’s misleading and leaves a false impression to “wipe” your wheels to your luggage down and take off your shoes when the floors are dirty, sheets are dirty, and old brushes are found in your room. I didn’t feel clean at all here, and the rooms are TINY. I had new white socks on and they were black after half a day. But the location is GREAT.

Our stay at this hotel was a mix of thoughtful touches and frustrating issues. On the positive side, the hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Perks like complimentary late-night ramen, morning coffee, daily room turnover, and the provision of soft cotton pajamas and fresh socks each day made the stay feel special. The location was excellent—close to public transport, shopping, and great food options.
However, several drawbacks impacted our experience. We found hair in and around the bed multiple times, and the vents were visibly dusty, which was difficult given our allergies. The pillows were extremely firm—so uncomfortable that I stopped using them. The room also lacked practical features like towel hooks, making it awkward to dry wet items.
We were also surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel wasn’t tattoo-friendly, something that wasn’t disclosed during booking. Lastly, while the tatami floors were beautiful, the shoe removal area in the lobby was often congested, with limited seating and long wait times just to pass through.
Overall, not the worst stay we’ve had—but certainly not the best. With improvements in cleanliness and communication, this could be a great hotel. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Great location for the hotel. Staff was great and amazing, especially enjoyed offerings of complimentary late night ramen and desserts. This helped on long exploration days and late night check ins directly from the airport. Since the entire hotel was traditional, it made for an interesting, yet enjoyable experience.

The pictures and description of the room were not accurate. It says our room sleeps 4 people but it only has 2 twin beds. We are 2 adults and one child and had a difficult time trying to sleep comfortably. When we asked the front desk, they were unable to help as the hotel was full. We luckily were able to push the beds together but one of us had to sleep where the gap was. Not something I expect for amount we paid. We tried to find another hotel but no success. I can’t imagine how 4 adults can fit into 2 twin beds. The description was misleading and so as were the images of the beds.

Reliable chain of hotels. Enjoyed the onsen and free noodles for supper. Room was small but clean. Would be great if there was a water dispenser on the 2nd floor as well.
