Resol Hotel Trinity Osaka

It's kinda rare to find a hotel which has self-service laundry room and onsen, Resol Hotel Trinity Osaka has both of them. Location is convenient. Staff is cool. Another cool thing was that, housekeeper hung a tote bag of goodies (clean towels, bottled water, coffee and tea bags) on your room door handle (if you don't select room cleaning service), to make sure you have sufficient daily supply. I didn't give a 5 star, because there was a flaw; the bidet filter was due for a change.

Beautiful hotel.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, a clean and quiet room, and a nice bathhouse. They had everything I was looking for. All the designs throughout the hotel and my room were elegant and thoughtfully executed.

Staff was very polite and helpful, check in was smooth as well. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was really good here. The only big thing that sucked is that no tattoos were allowed in the Onsen, but that’s most hotels in Japan😂 they did offer if the tattoos were small enough that you can buy patches from them. Other then that the hotel was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was really good and a nice quiet spot for the hotel but only a walk away from some cafes and convenience stores.

The breakfast was so good. I’m coming back just for that :)

Very nice hotel. Location is very central to everything you need to walk to in Osaka. Comfortable rooms and very esthetic. Would recommend and will visit again next time!

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff

Excellent hotel with practical and beautifully minimalist design. Between Namba and Omeda stations, convenient for exploring the shopping neighborhoods. Immediately after checking in, we partook in a takoyaki making class in the restaurant, other days they had a discreet class or gave out free red bean soup there. The public bath downstairs was excellent and every day felt like a spa day with us putting on our provided spa clothes and heading downstairs for a hot soak.

Hotel has nice lobby. Rooms are nice but bathrooms are poor. They are like a plastic shell. If it’s your first time in Osaka, I would consider staying in Namba. This hotel is pretty far walk to busy parts (abt 30 min), though fairly close to train stations. Neighborhood is very quiet. Onsen is nice and they also have short free classes for guests which is a nice addition. Didn’t eat at restaurant, but it only serves breakfast.
