Royal Hotel Uohachi

Total scam, pictures did not match the room they gave us. When asked they said, it must be a mistake, but they pit pictures from another building. Location is also misleading. It says is close to the toyota museum and it is almost an hour in uber from it. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Extremely hard to get there and to leave from it. Room was dirty and looked extremely old. Impossible to sleep there. I called orbitz to report it, and hotel did not want to do a refund even when i showed them the evidence of the pictures. Worst hotel in Japan

A very old-fashioned hotel, definitely needs to be modernized immediately; The room is spacious for 3-4 large suitcases though.

Mattress was falling apart. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The dinner and breakfast included with the room rate were delicious and catered to Japanese people. The hotel locates in a remote area, and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The furniture is somewhat old but clean. The bathroom is spotless and clean. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and friendly.

Staff is friendly. But the facility is old & in the middle of no where.. Very difficult access to train..only accessible by long-waited rural bus... It's more for people who are visiting the supplier factories near Toyota main plant. Not for tourist.

I just needed a place that was reasonable and with airport convenience like the free shuttle they offered

Pleasant one-night stay. Front desk staff was accommodating. I did not take advantage of the sauna connected to the hotel, although it was included in the room rate. Room was quiet, clean and nice, although a bit old.

It was alright. A little hard to find the hotel. Room was nice and neat

The hotel was nice outside and inside. The service was great! But my just did not like the bed. It was very hard and I woke up throughout the night in pain. The room was small but that is just the usual Japanese room size.

The people working here were outstanding. They were extremely helpful and very kind. There was a female manager, I can't remember her name, but she helped me out with busing, directions, how to get funds, restaurant recommendations, and more. It was a hike from the airport (where I had to be in the morning) but she helped me to get there on time and inexpensively. She even wrote notes for me in Japanese to show people when I had questions. A++++ I got a Japanese style room and enjoyed it.

室内は綺麗で朝食も美味しく良かったです。

朝風呂がないのが残念です。

建物自体はかなり古い作りですが、客室、建物内部の清掃は行き届いています。コスパを考えると次回もお世話になりたいホテルです。

喫煙部屋地獄の臭さ、有りえない。 連泊部屋掃除をしてくれない、場所が悪く食事には車が必要 朝食の小鉢での配布あまりにも小さい。 古いホテルです。

接客は良かったです。 朝食も美味しく、店員さんも元気がよく気持ちが良かったです。
