I was delighted to find the afternoon tea, coffee, snacks and draft beer lounge. Local bus stop right outside (although buses are infrequent in the area). Lovely onsen, great meals, relaxing vibe.

Loved this place even though it’s a little hard to get to. Great staff who were very helpful despite language barriers. Enjoyed the private onsen experience. Fantastic buffet with all the inclusions.

This is a beautiful hotel. The food, Onsen and over all feel of the hotel was so relaxing. The dinner included free alcohol which was a extra bonus.

This property is beautiful and convenient for walking the Nakasendo Way. The onsen was wonderful! The restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast! The amenities were fabulous! The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful!!

We stayed here while hiking the nakasando trail and it was the best decision. The onsen was beautiful. Everything was clean. Staff were superb. The dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

Der Service war sehr unflexibel bzgl der Essenszeiten. Kein Gepäckservice.
Das Essen ist nicht empfehlenswert, es schmeckte zum Teil alt.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig.
Hervorzuheben ist der schöne Onsen.

I stayed with friends after magome-tsumago trip. Food and onsen was amazing. They also have free massage machine in the hotel. Bus schedule to go there is not much, so you need to plan your trip well in advance.

ホテルの建屋が本館と別館に別れているため、レストランやお風呂の利用時の移動が、スムーズに行なえるように、高齢者や移動に制約のある人は、予約時にホテルに部屋のリクエストをした方が良いと思います。食事についてはビュッフェスタイルで、品数も豊富にあり、朝夕の食事を満喫できましたが、朝食時にはスタッフさんが少ないために、食事の案内がスムーズに行われておらず、無駄に行列ができるなど、ストレスを感じました。大浴場は、脱衣所と浴室の仕切りが無く、開放感が感じられました。露天風呂は、お湯の温度も低めで湯上がり後は、肌がツルツルしていました。天候が悪く、旅の目的である星空を楽しむことが出来ませんでしたので、またリベンジしたいと思います。
