男性キャビンで予約していたが
女性になってるとフロントに言われた
予約する時に間違えたのかと謝罪して
変更してもらった。
Hotels.comの予約詳細を見たらやはり自分は間違えてなくフロントに予約画面を見せたら、
じゃあこちらのミスですね、で終わった。
なんかむかついた。
それとタオルの追加で料金がかかるスパは初めてだった。

仕事で平日に二泊しました。
風呂は水温が異なるお湯が多数あり、露天風呂も最高にくつろげました。
食事は南大門焼肉がほんとうに美味しかった。
問題は客室です。
カプセルホテルなので承知はしていましたが、他人の寝言、いびきが半端なくほぼ一睡もできなかった。
耳栓をしても無理
三日目は別ホテルを探して宿泊しました。

温泉の種類も多く露天や季節の変わり種の温泉があって楽しかったです。
概ね満足ですが、チェックインできる時間（キャビン内に入れる時間）がわかりにくかったこと、キャビンのベッド内の電気の場所が最後までわからなかったことと、キャビン内の乾燥は気になりました。加湿器があると嬉しかったです。
