The room was very large for Japan. 2 kids and each had their own bed. The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight of the hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We wanted a place specifically for the pool to enjoy the sun and swimming. The pool was on the 14th floor was amazing and we had a great time. There was a decent amount of seating but only 4 of the sun beds directly by the pool. There was a bit of a wait for one of those but we eventually snagged one. Nice view for the first part of sunset before it dipped behind a building. Happy hour all you can drink beer and wine for a hour. Firepit up there as well. Rooms were more spacious than you usually find in Japan, clean and modern.

The rooms were big and felt like heaven with the amenities. Location was great. Complimentary drinks every afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Great hotel. In between 7-eleven and Lawsons. The infinity pool was magic. Close to rail and bus network and easy to get around. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Very disappointing experience at Nest Hotel Naha. During check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number, so I could not enter the room and had to return to the lobby to sort it out. The front desk staff were unable to communicate effectively in English and were not particularly helpful. When I needed to extend my stay for two more nights due to the approaching typhoon, they simply told me to check the rates online myself. When I asked if they could check room availability, they used Google Translate to tell me that if I could not book online, it meant the hotel was full and I should find another hotel. There was little effort to assist or show concern despite the typhoon situation. Also, room cleaning is only provided once every three days, which may not be suitable for all guests. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

New. Clean. Very friendly staff, even for tourists with minimal Japanese (and don't mind using Google translate for conversations).

Clean room, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, cool pool and amazing view. Situated in a nice part of the city. Very walkable to restaurants. Only negative was parking….

This an excellent hotel if you're sampling Okinawa. Just a quick monorail ride or 2 stop bus ride from the airport.Many places to eat near by. Rooftop pooland happy hour fantastic! Great breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. 7Elecrn and Lawson right next door. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. I had high expectations after seeing the photos and it didn't disappoint. It's about a 10 min walk to Asahibashi Station (there are stairs fyi). It was super easy to get to/from the airport. This is a newer property so it was very clean and staff were friendly. The AC works great, beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure and the carpet is plush/did not feel dirty (as expected for a new hotel). I did not get to experience the actual pool but at sunset it looked very beautiful ~ there is a free drinks hour at 6-7 (wine/beer/juice). Breakfast buffet was okay/smaller selection but had a good variety. The other thing to note is they do not clean/go into your room every single day (I think they do every 3 days to be eco-friendly) but we saw lots of people leave their garbage bins outside and they quickly discarded it every day. They also leave new towels every day which was convenient. I had run out of box tissue one day and left the empty box outside and they gave me a new one once i returned in the evening. I recommend putting some hooks on the walls in the room& bathroom as there was no closet space. Also to put more microwaves or make a dedicated microwave room as there were many laundry rooms on different floors but only 1 microwave found. Additionally you can only wash AND dry .. you cannot dry clothes alone. Overall I'd still highly recommend staying here~

Great stay! Had everything I needed and was comfortable asking if anything was needed over all felt safe and would definitely be back!
