Tmark City Hotel Sapporo

The location was great.

Room smaller than expected and a bit far from station. located at red district area, don't feel safe to walk around at night. Bathroom totally the smallest among the hotel i stayed for this trip and price slightly higher than others too. Don't worth for what we paid for it. Staff able speak english and chinese.

The hotel is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The room is great, very clean and has everything you need. The staff were also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Room was very small. It was no space for luggage, no even tiny wardrobe, not enough hangers. No card key, but an old-school key with a huge key-chain. Breakfast is good. Toothbrushes, razors and others are provided as in any other Japanese business hotel. Great Japanese restaurant at the basement floor. Hotel located in the middle of the huge red light district.

Centrally located and within easy reach of the subway network. Very friendly front desk staff and great customer service ethic.

Reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Susukino, which unfortunately made for a few noisy nights due to the club street hawkers screaming from 2 AM to about 5 AM. Room was tiny, but very efficiently furnished. Breakfast was very good, especially the soup curry. The hotel staff was excellent.

The hotel has covenient access to most amenities - covenience store nearby; surrounded by restaurants; just 2 subway stations away from sapporo station, though the nearest train station to the hotel is not really within comfortable walking distance (about 10 min walk away). The room was clean but the walls a little too thin for myself, who's a light sleeper. Hotel staff are also helpful and responsive. Overall, considering the price, i think this hotel would be a good option for no-frills travellers.

The hotel is centrally located. The nearest subway station to the hotel (around 10min walk away), susukino station, is 2 stops from sapporo station. Susukino is also a nightlife centre. So there is plenty to do at night (food, bars, clubs, karaoke, etc). The room was clean but its sound insulation could be better as there were times when i could hear my neighbour speaking. The hotel staff were responsive. When I made a call to the front desk, the staff came over to my room in no time. There is no coin laundry in this hotel though the description in hotels.com indicate the hotel has laundry facility. But if you need to wash your laundry, there are coin laundry shops around 10min walk away. Otherwise, you may also use the hotel's laundry service.

I think the security to the lift needs to be improved as the side gate is not armed or access by hotel card and anyone can just walk in.

Easy, fast check in. Walkable location to downtown. Two subway stops from Sapporo station. Just what you need and nothing you don’t.

Close to amenities. Walk to the subway is ok. About 5-7mins. Good stay overall!

At first, the room was not set as requested for 5 beds (family room type). We were a family of 7 people with kids. However, the front desk Mr. LAI Sheng Wen dealt it nicely and speedy. The problem was resolved. Since he can speaks mandarin, it made things a lot easier for us overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tmark. Specially the hotel gave each kid a welcome pack. Felt very warm from the hotel.

Very clean room, nice staff. Except room very small, which I believe is Japan’s standard. Close to eating places n train station.

Stayed for 5 nights, web indicates there is laundry machine but the hotel claimed that they do not have it. Staff is helpful. Many eateries and convenient stores around the hotel. Expecting slightly larger room in Sapporo, room looks a bit old.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel lobby was very clean. However the room was very small and old. No coin laundry.
