Be careful, There are several Tmark hotel in Sapporo. We went wrong one first! We paid high price and disappointed that hotel had nothing extra (big ofuro or sauna) and special, very basic typical small room Japan hotel. No suitcase rack so we had to put all our suitcase on the floor…. Etc

No onsite parking but private parking lots near by for a fee. Lobby amenities were just ok. Bottled water in the room upon check-in. The room wasn't as clean as other hotels. Bathroom sink was draining slowly until i pulled out a piece of fiber possibly from a cleaning towel. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The main dish changed daily. Street shopping near by.

Nice hotel in a good location. Nice staff. One thing that stood out was the bath - it was the type I'd only seen before in the public baths. Pretty cool. The breakfast was a buffet and was ok. You can try Sapporo's famous soup curry and other Hokkaido specialities.

It is so close to Odori park and other interesting sights. It was easy to go where we wanted and have a comfortable room to rest in between adventures. I do wish they would allow stair access. When tour groups with their luggage were moving in or out, there was a very long wait for the two small elevators. Why can't we choose to use the stairs?
