Amazing! Great location right upstairs the train stations. Uniqlo in the same building and soo many restaurants, bakeries. Staff were welcoming and helpful if needed anything. Spacious room and very clean.

We LOVED this hotel, it is, as many Japanese hotels are, a bit tiny but the service, the amenities, the cute calm location and being attached to the hotel... 10/10. Only issue is that the airport hotel bus system is very confusing so if youre booking we'd advise ensuring if you’re flying out of Narita to another destination domestically etc., book your flight later in the day. Also reeeally look up your options for getting to NRT

It was very conveniently located (just connected to a train station!) and the room was clean and spacious for the comparables. I also really loved that the direct airport bus services (both Narita and Haneda, but only to the airport) are 1 minute walk from the hotel. That was a huge advantage.

Out of the five hotels l stayed in during this trip around Japan the Wakoshi Tobu Hotel was easily my favourite. The room was very clean and very comfortable, also very nicely decorated. The room was larger than what l've come to expect in Japanese hotels. Overall l've stayed in hotels costing very much more which were not as nice as the Wakoshi Tobu Hotel and l would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. The R Baker on the ground floor of the building is a great place for breakfast.

The room was excellent! The following positives stand out for me: safe in room, small “dorm style” fridge, plenty of space under the bed to fit 4+ suitcases, excellent front desk staff, combined washer/dryer, free coffee in the lobby, great location in Wakoshi station, etc. The only negative I can think of: if you need to do laundry during your stay, don’t try to do a full load like you would at home in a stand-alone washer, keep the load small and light. This was really my fault for not knowing what to expect and assuming a US laundromat setup… and now we both know. If the laundry load size is the only issue, I would say we found a winner. I would not hesitate to stay here again! The staff, amenities, location, and rates were excellent! Thank you!
