Meal is tasty but small portion for men. The hotel area is a bit small. And the hotel is quite far from the station.

hotel staff could not provided correct local buses and train information, in fact it was incorrect.

Great onsen experience. Good food, okay service, excellent location.

Far from shopping district. We stayed in room with an open air bath. Feel dissappointed with the small "bath tub design" open sir bath as we expected to see a more natural onsen. Otherwise, the room and dinner were both satisfactory

This is my 4th times to check in Onsen style hotel with dinner (Kaiseki-ryori) but it’s the worst one. 1. Check in experience: it’s running super fast and the staff seems not cared about whether we got it or not, just keep it a routine. I could understand he probably runs 5~10 times a day, but please give your new customers some time to digest. When booking transportation service, their staff not happy to accept our wish to change time. 2. Dinning experience: Their staff (either Indian <— look alike or Japanese) seem eager to rush their customers. We sit in like 18:30, at 18:50 we are about to finish our main dish. At 19:10, we complete the whole set. I guess it’s because they want to get off from work at 20:30. 3. Onsen: their private Onsen is dirty. Used towels left, sandy feel floor, spring not warm enough. It’s better to enjoy it in your own room. Spring water is good. 4. Toilet: we lived in 1st floor. The toilet window is open at hallway side. Basically, when we are doing it, other guests walking by can totally feel it. It’s not comfortable. 5. No service after 21:00, when you want another comfort, please make sure you ask for it earlier.

진짜 너무너무 좋은 시간 보냈습니다! 일단 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셨어요! 유후인역이랑 살짝 거리가 있지만 픽업서비스가 굉장히 잘되어있어서, 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다! 3시에 체크인할 때 유후인역으로 픽업 오셔서 숙소까지 편하게 이동했구, 무거운 짐도 숙소에 바로 올려주셔서 정말 편했어요! 체크인 하고 유후인 메인거리 구경하려고했는데 거리가 꽤 돼서 망설였거든요... 근데 또 숙소에서 유후인역까지 차로 데려다주시고, 가이세키 먹기 전인 6시 전에 다시 유후인 역으로 픽업 오셨어요!!! 진짜 서비스 최고ㅠㅠㅠ 덕분에 동선도 시간도 완전 효율적으로 쓸 수 있었습니다 가이세키는 유명한 만큼 너무 맛있었고, 제가 해산물을 많이 좋아하지는 않는데 육류 메뉴도 많아 배부르게 잘 먹었습니다! 조식도 훌륭했어요 온천은 굳이 프라이빗탕이 있는 방을 예약하지 않아도, 유후산이 보이는 풍경에서 가족탕을 최대 30분동안 일행끼리만 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니당 객실상태, 서비스, 온천, 가이세키, 조식, 어느 하나 맘에 안드는 부분없이 정말 만족스러운 여행이었어요..... 혹시 예약을 망설이고 계신다면 정말 후회없으실거에요!!

한적한 마을에서 일본료칸을 경험할수 있는 좋은 기회욨습니다. 모든 스탭들이 굉장히 친절했습니다. 저희의 추가 요청도 아주 잘 반영이 되었습니다. 다만 역에서 많이 떨어져있어서 반드시 송영서비스 이용이 필요함

시설좋고 깨끗하고 잘 쉬다갑니다. 저녁은 맛있었고 1층 개별 온천도 좋았어요 아침은 비교적 슴슴합니다 유후인역으로 트랜스퍼 서비스도 있었고 만족합니다

食物質素不好，晚餐及早餐份量很少，太部分是預製好凍的，我們沒有遲到但到餐室的時候食物已經放在桌上，味道也不太好 温泉方面，水溫不夠高只是暖的 唯一可取是員工態度好

The location is very prime, can walk to the train station in 10 mins. Room has private onsen which is very good.

Everything is fine,we have private onsen in our room, for the price we paid was a good deal, a bit far from the station, but you can call for pick up

整體而言，性價比ok

酒店提借接送服務，非常方便，除男、女溫泉，更有2個家庭湯，方便一家大小一起浸，早、晚餐均可接受

除交通不便外，隔音不太好，住地下會比較多嘈音。但房內環境滿意，露天風呂亦很好，食物好味。因為要早上七點離開，員工也會主動提出送往車站及早餐轉為便當外帶的服務，整體令人滿意。
