Great room, convenient location, excellent service. Bathroom was smaller this time around but I had bigger bathrooms from previous stays.

Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet.

The bathroom flooded because the drain was clogged—it took two calls to finally get someone up to fix it. We initially asked for a new room as we were trying to get ready to go to dinner. We didn’t get a new room until after the drain was unclogged (but the bathroom was still a mess) and my husband took a sipping wet towel downstairs for the staff to understand how big the problem was. Once we were given a new room things improved.

The executive suite was excellent and reasonably priced. The restaurant on the roof has the best filet mignon in town and the view is breathtaking. Access to the mall is perfect for shopping and visiting the food court. Sheraton is the place to stay when visiting Bishkek.

This is a brand new luxurious hotel that is centrally located. Rooms are very comfortable. Staffs are amazing. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel and it is interconnected from the lobby next to elevator which is perfectly convenient. I recommend any one who visit Bishkek for their leisure or business stay.

Horrible management and staff, I’ve been around the world a few times - and I believe this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in: Problems with bills, rudeness, property seems still
under construction. I tried to provide constructive feedback; and the management was si condescending and just ignored me and treated me even worse.
Please AVOID this hotel, lit is not worth the money - I am very sorry to say.
