Good hotel in the center. Personel tries hard, but i have an impression that somethingbis always not up to five stars

Housecleaning just skip my room one. They fixed everything after I complained.

Nice, clean hotel with a very friendly, accomodating staff. Because of an airport error my luggage did not arrive but the hotel staff came in clutch with daily water bottles as well as disposable razors and shaving cream every day. Great breakfast buffet with a large variety as well. 5 stars

Great room, convenient location, excellent service. Bathroom was smaller this time around but I had bigger bathrooms from previous stays.

Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet.

The hotel was superb clean and very well equipped, we enjoyed Spa nd Gym , location was excellent

The location is perfect. Close to everything. The staff is really helpful and polite.I did not like only one thing- the pool was not warm. It was not my first time at this hotel and I will return.

Service was not good

The bathroom flooded because the drain was clogged—it took two calls to finally get someone up to fix it. We initially asked for a new room as we were trying to get ready to go to dinner. We didn’t get a new room until after the drain was unclogged (but the bathroom was still a mess) and my husband took a sipping wet towel downstairs for the staff to understand how big the problem was. Once we were given a new room things improved.

Housekeeping poor , need to ask three times to clean the room after 4 hours . Poor amenities . Tv set not working .mini bat not set up and I reserved a junior suite.

It was a very nice surprise to see how nice the accommodation in this place. The restaurant on 23rd floor it was my favorite place to dine each night.

The executive suite was excellent and reasonably priced. The restaurant on the roof has the best filet mignon in town and the view is breathtaking. Access to the mall is perfect for shopping and visiting the food court. Sheraton is the place to stay when visiting Bishkek.
