ibis budget Luxembourg Aéroport

Literally across the street from the airport. The room was small and simple, but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and nice. Bust stop Right outside the door takes you into the city.

Clean room, small but ok. Transport is free from airport terminal to Luxembourg. I didn’t like the fact the AC is always on and you can’t turn it off. Outside were 10 degree and AC in the room on. Terrible.

Nice budget hotel walking distance to the airport. Bus stop to Luxembourg centre in front of the hotel.

We loved our stay here, definitely is a budget hotel but still very cleanly and nice!

They are charging extra money for kids check in time. I am already mentioning and paid,kids and kids age but they are took additional money from me.

Tiny small room

The hotel room was clean, the staff was helpful. We booked this property because of the free airport shuttle which ended up being out of service during our stay which was a bit frustrating.

Aircon was very inconvenient...Very slow. Breakfast had few choices during our stay.

Ibis Budgets are bare bones. This one had no hand soap in the bathroom, have to use the one in the shower. (They're usually the same stuff.) No blow drier. Water pressure could have been better. To get from one side of the room, past the bed, you pretty much have to turn sideways. That's how close the foot of the bed is to the wall. None of which are deal breakers. It's very quiet, considering it's right across from the airport. You wouldn't know it. Clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Pay to park. 10 euro, I think. I'd stay again.

Dreadful experience. Beds so hard that I had back & hip pain. Pillows are flat. Room is tiny. Only 1 towel per person, no hand towel etc which is very unhygienic. Maid took our key card when cleaning the room- still awaiting contact from the hotel about our stay. Someone tried to enter our room during our second night. As we were staying with two children, we left the next morning cutting our stay short by 1 night. Nobody at reception to speak to, it was not manned. We had to book another hotel in the city for our last night. I have emailed to seek compensation for the last night but have not received a response. It was a truly miserable stay and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

The hotel is very old. Walls are paper thin, so hopefully you’ll have respectful neighbors. The room is awkward this little space and is dirty (old stains) and dated. I recommend looking for other alternatives.

Exactly what I needed for an overnight prior to an early morning flight.

The room was very warm and stuffy. We were, however, able to get a portable fan from the ibis hotel which is attached to the ibis budget hotel.

The hotels is recent under construction of outside,the window is not able to open in one side and the AC is not working until June according to the receptionist.the room is clean even its small and easy access to airport, but the staff is terribly rude and unwilling to help.

Paid for room and breakfast upon checking in was told i was not entitled to breakfast i contacted jotels.com and they said they had spoken go the hotel and everything was fine.The first 2 mornings were ok but the third morning i was asked for my room number and was told i hadn't paid for breakfast. I was so embarrassed and angry i font like being called a thief or a liar!I tried to explain to them that there was a problem with my booking and eventually the lady said ok it will be a mistake on behalf of Ibis Tis is all well and good but i don't like being embarrassed and making to look like a thief or liar

the staff was very nice and very professional and efficient period the grounds needs a little bit of a trash pick up though
