I booked this hotel without any expectations, but it turned out to be the best experience ever for me and my boyfriend. The reception was fantastic, and the room was hygienically clean. I especially loved the Dyson hair dryer. I'm certain we'll find our way back there again.

Every time we asked for something, they were quick to respond
Good sound isolation
Areas for improvement:
- housekeeping often forgot to make beds, but did everything else great
- sofa bed is super uncomfortable, don’t recommend
- laundry service a bit confusing and staff not fully trained on troubleshooting- they however helped us extending our time using it which was much appreciated

Area was safe, well connected and plenty of food options around. Near enough to the Senado Square area.

Love everything about this hotel. Great customer service like they really went out of their way to assist me from my itinerary to my transportation. Selene, Susie, Fiona, Kay and Vincent we're all awesome. I'd recommend this hotel and will be coming back again.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel lobby had a cafe, which made it convenient for us to get coffee in the mornings! the facilities offered were also nice, which included the gym and coffee/tea station. As a girl with frizzy hair, I must say that the hair conditioner provided in the bathroom was superb! It kept my hair smooth and hydrated! I highly recommend staying here as the location was prime and it’s a great price! Special thanks to the manager Kenny for the warm hospitality, as well as Susie and Yoyo for the fantastic service!

Great hotel - clean, comfortable, with little luxurious touches such as a Nespresso machine and Dyson hair dryer in the room. Location was within the old town area of Macau and decently walkable, with a bus stop nearby too.
