The reception team very friendly and helpful. However, we are not satisfied with the room cleaning as we stay there for 2 nights event we asked for the housekeeping to clean our room but no one was there or empty our garbage bin. The room and furniture it 's too old and look dirty.

Personally I think it ' s a miscommunication, we aren't informed that we need to alert the receptionist that we want the room cleaned to the receptionist and then cleaning service will visit your room, which I think is ridiculous, otherwise why would we hang the"please make up our room"sign for? The facilities in itself is good but the service is pretty mediocre. Had an experience asking for towel, only to be greeted that I have to take it myself from the receptionist table instead of coming to our room like every other common hotel service would. Understaffed is a problem I suppose.

Good location, strategic area for culinery seekers, surrounding by food hawkers, restaurant, foodcourts, nice bedroom, clean, tidy, small space. Close to clinics, hospitals. Reasonable room rate, check in abit late at 3 pm.

The middle-aged woman in the check-in counter had a very rude attitude. Worst hotel service ever. Not functioning hairdryer in the room and still need to pay a deposit in order to get another. I pay for the stay and service not your bad attitude.

The room was very comfy. Even though the room was not big, the facility was very satisfying starting from the television, bathroom, bedroom and the air conditioner. The hotel always change the mattress and the towel every day. In addition, they also refill the bath liquids (such like soap, shampoo) every single year! The location is another plus factor, we can almost find everything especially eateries around this hotel! A very recommended place to stay!

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. General Check-in Instructions
Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests by Malaysia government. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.
