The location was great, near street food, street art, and famous jetty. There is a bus station in front of the hotel.

We are booked for 2 night, locations was very great area nearby from penang heritage area, food street. But we are very bad experienced, we're came inside to reception was unfriendly, hotel looked not good maintain. And very noisy, fire alarm was on and annoying in middle of the night and many time. We asked to reception it ' s very easy answer"I don't know"That is enough for 1 night stay in this hotel, even we was pay for 2 night.

Good location. Quite big room. Twin bed. But smell in the bathroom. And a bit difficult to find parking cause hotel parking inside the compound is very limited. So we need to find parking outside by the road side.

Parking very limited. First come first serve. Air conditioner in my room are not cool. Already in 16 temperature but still not cool. So so laa. Different from my sister ' s room that is so cold. At 2am my air conditioner make the noise from the blower. Have to turned off the air conditioner and turned on back to lose the noise. Not great experience. Room 409.

We got extra charge on day of arrival as they said due to Government tax which is around (5 $/night), and they also did not give a free motorbike parking (charge 2 $/night), really got bad expierience.
