Went for a night stay on NY eve to welcome 2019, it was relaxing, have fireworks during midnight and very nice space. Kids love the pool and we enjoy the environment. Have kids rooms too with batik painting and toys. Love the stay.

The staff are friendly. The view is so nice in the morning until noon. But at night, when we stay on the balcony, it's so dark and can't see anything. The lamp from the other room is dark. Maybe they try to save budget because no one stays, they just turn on the lamp when the customer has stayed in the room. For me the cleanliness is good. The room, toilet, and balcony are clean. And have one problem, I booked from the app, on my order, I get 30 mins free to play ATV and get 1 complimentary seafood platter in the villa. But the hotel said, the app just pay for the room and breakfast. As a customer, I don't know between the hotel and travel app. But customers have to get what they paid. And I try to ask for hotel GM. But they don't still don't give us. Or at least give us another complimentary to make us happy. But nothing. Just advice, please make sure for the cooperation between the hotel and the app.

Negative comments. 1. Unit floor very sticky. 2. Left over used water bottle inside fridge. 3. Bat noise at ceiling during night and day, could not into sleep. 4. A lots of housefly at food court, not pest control at all, sppons, forks plates all very dirty, really nned to improve food hygiene, flies hangjng at food with unattended, I would say this is food safety problem. 5. Bath grow green color fungus, really need further cleaning. 6. Hardly to get a electric buggy car, always full with people, walk from my unit to carpark. 7. Atap roof damaged (look from balcony) positive comments. 1. Improved check in waiting time (without any waiting) 2. Improved service staff attitude with smile face, attend customer with patience and polite.

Service was not good and saw some customers also complains to receptionist as well, was hoping at least a decent service but oh well not all 5 stars hotels could do great service, it feels like we're staying at 3 stars hotel, LOL

The chalet are great, but parking lot for guest is very inconvenient and scar, too far from lobby. Not enough buggy service to the chalet, long waiting time, sometime have to que for 30minute for buggy.

1) During check in we need to wait around 20 minutes for the staff to sanitize room which is very good. And while waiting we were given some food to eat and a cosy place for waiting. 2) The Buggy service were fast and efficient. 3) The valet parking fee was affordable. 4) The staff is damn nice and friendly. From the beginning I didn't need to carry my bags, as they bring all for me from the car boot. Me and my family went outside to but food and the buggy driver carry all of our food and ask us to walk freely to our room without carry any single plastic bag. 5) The pool SOP is very efficient in which they allow one session for 30 minutes only and for 15 people only. As for conclusion, I recommend people to stay at this hotel. Although its quite pricey but its worth a lot.

Cooking and outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the villa. Pamper your taste buds at our restaurants instead.

-As much as we love all creatures great and small, please do not bring animals or pets of any kind into the resort compound and individual villa unit.

-Please refrain from fishing at the Trunk and Inside Villa. If seafood is what you’re after, we’d be happy to recommend some of our favorites.

-Additional persons added after confirmation of booking will be charged RM210 upon check-out at the property.

-From 1 October 2020 onwards, all buffets at our restaurants will implement a height policy: children under 90cm dine free with parents; children between 90cm and 120cm dine for 50% off; for children above 120cm, adult prices will apply.

-The resort is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests, as a result, certain food & beverage outlets, public facilities, services, and amenities may be reduced or unavailable in accordance with government directives.
