It's such a great hotel with low cost. Located on Kuah town. The breakfast is great. I will come back again.

There were rubbish left by previous customer that was not cleaned up, bed sheet wasn't changed that left an odor on the pillow, breakfast was in an opened and there was nobody looking after hence there were flies flying around. The only advantages was the location but there were no private car park. Just like what a 3 star hotel worth.

The attitude of staff is very disappointed. The staff don't help any requirement of customer and reject with very bad attitude.

The receptionist has bad attitude. Was given room 204, which had an unpleasant smell and the room felt humid, and the sink was clogged. Reported the issue to the receptionist and the girl mentioned will report to maintenance team and they will come to fix the sink. Then when I requested for a room change and they said will call back upon checking. But after waiting for half an hour, no call still. We gave up and went down to the lobby only to see the receptionist was chatting with her colleague. When asked about the status and she casually pointed to another female colleague (which I believed should be from the maintenance team) and said "Already report to her ...". No proper follow up with our request, couldn't care less about their guests. Room condition is terrible. Then we were changed to Room 209. which is a little bit better but still unpleasant. The bed sheet had little holes here and there. Pillowcase and towels were yellowish. Fridge was not functioning and not cleaned. Towel hanger in the bathroom was getting rusty. Breakfast Room comes with breakfast but again was spoilt by the receptionist. When we asked them where was the breakfast place, their reply was very very simple "Outside". Outside where? Turn right? Turn left? Go straight? Breakfast was buffet style, food was acceptable. Room service: Not sure whether they were understaffed but when we came back at 4pm, found our room was yet to be cleaned. Room only ready at 5pm and it was not properly cleaned especially the bathroom. Took our towels away but was not given a new one.

We stayed in the main building 4th floor family room, no doubt room very spacious but the room is equip with only 1hp of aircond...the moment we enter the room, it is like a sauna room, the aircond need to run for more than an hour only we can feel the cool air...can you imagine the 1st day we bought our chocolate leave in the room for a day, and it melted... This is not all, the window and the door is not sound proof. We can hear the lift sound and the car sound from outside..nearly a very late midnight, I can hear the upper floor compressor/machine sound running too... Other than this, breakfast is ok, not many choice but acceptable. Location is convenient as KFC and pizza etc is nearby. The hotel even got the car rental itself; parking here is not an issue. Overall, I won't stay here anymore. There r many hotel/apartment in Langkawi...

Nice hotel room
Stayed in a family room on level 5. It has a nice sea view n spacious for couple with young children. Receptionist were very much helpful during our stay especially for taxi arrangement. The only setback is the wifi signal which was not strong enough. It kept logging me out. Overall satisfied and will come back here again if have a chance.

Good for only one night stay
The bathroom cleanliness was a big minus. Water accumulated everywhere after a shower. Plus there was no water heater service in our room. We stayed in a standard twin room and the space was very limited to move around freely too. Very thin and super uncomfortable pillows. Okay for one night stay, but its not a decent place to spend more than one night. The only plus point about this hotel was their staffs.The staffs were attentive and was helpful in securing us a taxi to a temple in a quite remote location of the island.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a budget hotel. Breakfast was variety but the down side of it was that the staff switches off the TV and lights at the menu table on time at 10.00 am whilst guest was still having their meal.

Very very very bad hotel
Very unfriendly staff Towel n toilet facilities very bad Room too small, difficult to solat Food same every day. Never change. For long stay, this hotel is not suitable because of the room space and the breakfast menu.
